Dryer Duct Company

Dryer Duct company is great! They were super responsive via Yelp messaging and were able to schedule me within a couple days.
Their technician arrived right on time and did a truly thorough job in cleaning my dryer duct. Two other people from another service had said that the ducts were clean, but my dryer was still giving the D90 error which signifies a blockage.
I was amazed by how much lint had actually come out from my dryer duct.
The technician also cleaned up my patio really well. He also actually went down to my below neighbor to clean their patio too because some of the lint had fallen over my patio wall.
I will be calling these guys yearly to have my dryer ducts cleaned.

Hey, as a side note, did you know you can set up Projects here on Yelp? Look up in the top right-hand corner for the icon that looks like a file folder. I have now utilized that tool four times to help me get quotes and communicate from various vendors to help me with a project. I use that tool to help me keep track of businesses. Yelp can even send out initial requests to multiple businesses on your behalf. It makes it super easy to get quotes. I researched different companies here on Yelp, read reviews, checked out their websites, and created a spreadsheet to help me evaluate my options (yes, I'm that person).

Back to the Dryer Duct Co--note, they have a small number of reviews under that name, but they have more under their longer-established company, Chimney Clean Co. Dan was quick to reply to my initial request for a quote. He answered questions and confirmed key details. My research found a range in prices from just under $100-$300. Dryer Duct Co. was not the cheapest or most expensive, but based on my research, they were the clear winner. I appreciated the fact they didn't post one price and then had additional fees added on if they needed to go on the roof or if the vent was especially clogged. They were upfront and not shady like other companies. The Dryer Duct Company is licensed, bonded, and insured.

I live in a townhouse connected to 6 other units. My neighbors also needed their dryer vents cleaned. None of us had ever done it, and one of my neighbors had lived here for 40 years! The Dryer Duct Company told me that if I could coordinate schedules so they could do all of us in one day, they would give each of us a $40 discount. Uh, that was a no-brainer. I coordinated with my neighbors and found a date that worked for everyone.
Each appointment was scheduled for an hour, and we all got a phone confirmation the day before our dryer vent party.

Our technician, who also turned out to be the owner, was Dennis. Everyone commented on how good he was. Dennis had a good demeanor, wore shoe coverings, was thorough, and did a great job explaining what he was doing. The first two units took longer than expected, so our neighbor's text chain kept us informed. Even if we didn't have that communication thread, Dennis was still on top of it. At one point, he knocked on my door to let me know he was running behind so I was aware. I feel confident that his work cleaning from the inside out and outside in did a thorough job. He did work inside and up on the roof. He went back and forth a few times throughout the process. In addition to cleaning the dryer vents, Dennis made on-the-spot repairs and replaced old or faulty parts for my neighbors who needed that as well..

We were so pleased with The Dryer Duct Company, we are going to have our HOA add a blurb about their services in our newsletter. I was recommended their business by my coworker and they were wonderful. I'll definitely be calling upon them again in the future. Price was affordable and they were knowledgeable.

Had a great experience with Dennis of Dryer Duct Company. Arrived on time, did the work on the roof and behind the dryer as needed, and spotted an issue with an inadequate flange on the wall that he fixed for a modest additional charge.
Not all the companies in Yelp are willing to work on the roof, so ask first if this is your ducting arrangement. Dennis was happy to do so, even on a hot day. Friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend.

My HOA does preventative dryer duct cleaning and has worked with Dryer Duct Company for years. They are wonderful! Colleen is fun and efficient in scheduling. SO easy to communicate with! Today they arrived on time, were efficient, professional, left my place clean and addressed my questions and concerns. Dennis is friendly and a real pro! Love these guys!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I messaged them last week right after I got an error message on my dryer and reached out to them through Yelp! I received a response and was told to give them a call. The gal that answered the phone knew immediately what was going on. She scheduled an appointment with me for the following week (I told her I wasn't in a rush as I had access to another dryer at my mom's house). They were here, on time and within 40 minutes, we're good to go! The pile of lint in my dryer duct was much more than I expected! I'll definitely be doing this on an annual basis! I should have figured it out as it was taking longer and longer for our clothes to dry! If you need help - give them a call! Awesome service!

I had got a new dryer installed recently and it started to complain about blocked dryer vent. Picked this one from yelp since they were family owned business. Making the appointment was smooth over the phone.

The technician arrived on time, was professional explained what he would be doing and how long it will take. About 45 min later he was done cleaning up the vent, put the dryer back and tested everything was working fine.

I didn't know what was wrong with my dryer that it was taking so many cycles to fully dry clothes. An appliance repair company came out and within 2 minutes said the vents needed cleaning but couldn't recommend anyone.

They came back with a quote on Yelp and setup appointment promptly. Right before the appointment day, they mailed you a reminder card and followed with another phone call to confirm. Work is done quickly and professionally. I'm happy with it.
