I had called several places to fix my dryer problem -- it was not drying clothes. This Company deserves the highest of ratings 5 star rating plus higher. John, the technician came out and was able to tell me within a matter of minutes what i needed to have done -- dryer vent duct needed replaced which was causing a blockage of lint. He explained the process to me, costs and did an excellent job in getting my dryer fixed. He was professional, efficient and was GREAT!! I highly recommend this Company and will definitely be using them again.

This place was recommended to me by an appliance repair guy (Stan Liston - who is also highly rated on Yelp). This company deserves their 5 star rating. My dryer was not drying. John was sent out. He went right to work diagnosing the problem. He used a device that told him the dryer was not pushing air out the vent. He very quickly diagnosed the problem, and told me what needed to be done. He suggested that I upgrade the dryer vent ducting. He told me what the job would cost and then proceeded do the job. He was very efficient and explained what he was going to do. Great experience.

Such a rip off. My property manager called this company to my rental house in April. At my own home in another state, I clean my vent with a kit and it takes 5-10 min. 400$ to do this, and he did it on heat instead of air setting causing my dryer to blow the element. I had to have it replaced by an appliance company. One year old dryer. Any DIY knows you clean on air only, so why does the professional not know and take accountability? They took 100 off but with repairs, their mistake still cost me.

Dillon came out and did a wonderful job. He checked everything and did his diagnostic. Luckily we did not have to have it cleaned. He was super courteous and helpful with answering any questions.

This service was very reasonably priced and very professional. When I hired someone privately on Thumbtack before he insisted on detaching the dryer and cleaning from both ends which was very cumbersome. Dryer Vent Wizard did the process effectively from the vent end which was much less trouble. Also, they did many measurements on air flow to confirm it was fully open which was reassuring.

My back story is that I just purchased a fancy new dryer from a big box store. The dryer vent was not installed correctly, which caused the dryer to error code.

Jim Kelley re-installed the dryer vent, which required about two hours work. He added a new external vent cover, and cleaned the vent line.

My mental estimate climbed by the hundreds based on all the work he did. I was amazed that the final bill was about 250 bucks.

A few months ago I hired Dryer Vent Wizard of the Greater North Bay in Sonoma County, CA, to inspect and clean the dryer vent at my rental unit in Cotati. The whole process was very easy from start to finish. I set up the appointment over the phone, and then on the day of the service I got a courtesy call prior, so I could let the tenants know the serviceman was on his way. James was very prompt, professional, seemed very knowledgeable- and gave me a full explanation of what he found and recommended to be done over the phone. The pricing was reasonable, too.

As a side note, I more recently hired the Dryer Vent Wizard of the Greater Modesto Area for our house in Livermore, CA. We also had a great experience with that one, too- and I left a review for that one on their separate Yelp page.

I highly recommend Dry Vent Wizard- both this one from the Greater North Bay area AND the one from the Greater Modesto area, and will definitely use them both again when the time comes.
