Dryer Vent Wizard of Vancouver

Keith at Dryer Vent Wizard was literally a life safer. The amount of built up lint he removed from our dryer and vent was unbelievable. Made us realize how much of a fire risk existed in our dryer vent. He was very professional and explained everything that he was going to do. He cleaned up afterwards. Cleaning out the dryer vent also is going to save us money on our hydro bill. Keith tested the dryer performance before and after the vent cleaning and it was amazing how much more effective the dryer performed. We used to have to run the dryer twice to dry a load of towels, now one normal cycle is sufficient. In terms of safety and saving money in the long term, this was one of the best investments we have made in our house.

Absolutely amazing! So glad to find someone (Keith) who puts so much effort into his job and is obviously proud of the work that he does. We had a horrible smell in our dryer when we came home from a holiday. He spent 6 hours cleaning everything out. Even replacing the vent hatch with a magnetic one that would prevent anything from entering the space again. However, the smell persisted - I contacted my pest control guy who said he knew how to eliminate the smell. Needless to say it still persisted. Keith came back but this time used a high powered air blaster to successfully "clear out" the problem. Obstruction just went flying out. Amazing - so happy! He then completely deodorized and bleached the vent and even replaced the dryer vent connector for a second time to ensure it wasn't contaminated.

After 24 years in this house, I finally got wise enough to have the 25+ feet of dryer venting in our crawl space redone. Dave Rico expertly put in a new line that cut the total venting down to about 12 feet. Of all the various technicians we've had come to do various homes repairs or projects, Dave is easily the best we've had. Highly recommended and professional company.

I didn't realize the importance of getting maintenance on your dryer vent. Keith explained the whole process and was efficient and professional. I was amazed at the amount of lint and "stuff" that was in there! It is a much happier dryer now and I am at peace of mind that there is no fire hazard and that I am saving money on energy efficiency as well as prolonging the life of my dryer.
