These guys were amazing. My building was built after the SF earthquake (1906), then renovated in '96. It is a huge understatement to say that the duct work is "creative " in order to deal with the odd angles. DuctPros dealt with all the complicated. Professional and very accommodating to the schedule of multiple owners. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Duct Pros! We purchased an older home that was in need of duct and chimney cleaning. We were able to get a quote over the phone, with pricing that was very fair, and an appointment within just a few days.

When the team arrived, they were nice and professional, going through to make sure they found each vent (it turns out we had more than we thought) and they did a thorough job getting everything cleaned. We also got our dryer vent and chimneys cleaned, and when we inquired about potentially sealing the chimneys, they were honest and said it would be best not too even though they could potentially profit from doing the service.

They did a great job, and their honesty, integrity, and customer service are why we will be using their service in the future. I hope if you're reading this that you'll do the same!

Duct pros came in and cleaned all the vents in a timely manner, including the dryer vent. They were courteous and respective of our property. The cost and value was very reasonable.

Russel responded to my request very fast and scheduled an appointment for the upcoming weekend. They cleaned up to 12 vents plus the dryer vent with a very good price. They also help us replace the air filter (need to prepare by yourself) and replace the dryer's vent pipe (with an extra cost). Overall a positive experience!
