These guys were incredibly thorough and professional. Service tech was warm and respectful, taking the time to let us know what he found and ensuring we were happy with his work. I would highly recommend this company. Really great experience. We enjoyed having them come by and could tell the air quality in the house improved immediately. If you need ducts cleaned these guys know what their doing and understand the value of taking care of their customers.

Jason did a great job. Although he was already incredibly busy he made a point to fit in our job. Very polite and professional.

These guys are the real McCoy. They are professional, conscientious, ethical and do the job right. They are not some fly by night with a truck with a vacuum. I will try and include a picture of what I saw them remove from my furnace(veery gross), they did a great job.

Jason is the dude to use. Ductdudes did a super professional job cleaning our ducts. He explained the process and proceeded to do a thorough job on our ducts and vents. This is a far better job that previous companies we've used in the past and I would use Ductdudes again in an instant.Cost for the whole house was just under $400 which was as much as I paid for far less quality work in the past.

I had a set appointment with Jason, confirmed by email and phone and when the time for the appointment came he simply didn't show up. I phone about 10 times, texted at least 4 times - no response at all.

I have a baby and made a point to find a baby sitter and travel over an hour to get to the rental house to meet him for the appointment. What a waste of my time and to not even return my calls/texts is beyond rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY and don't waste your time like me.

I explained to Duct Dudes that I did not want to turn on my furnace due to a rodent infestation the previous year until I had the ducts cleaned. After rearranging my schedule to fit Jason's availability and informing my tenant, Jason called the morning of the day he was supposed to come to say he wasn't well and he would call me in a couple of hours to reschedule. I waited. And waited. I called him and he said he would call back. I waited. Finally I called again and he said he would come in TWO WEEKS! I was a bit taken aback and he shouted at me that he did not understand where this misunderstanding was coming from. He said he would call back to reschedule. I am waiting to hear from him still! Hah. Terrible and pretentious to boot. As he said at the conclusion of every conversation...'Ciao'

In a nutshell: The dryer tube fell away from the ceiling vent. I have a 15 month old and did not have the time to fix it. The guy came, was really nice, attached the vent to the ceiling and only charged me half the cost of a house call. Later that night the pipe fell off again. I called, left a message and sent a text (as instructed in the message) to have someone swing back by to reattach. . . .never heard back. Bad business.

DuctDudes are easy to set up an appointment with, accommodating, explained the process well, and dealt with gross water and muck built up from our dryer politely and helpfully. Thank you!!
