Very positive attitude, kind and generous, and patient. Also always gets the job done, meeting or exceeding specific requirements of the transport job, getting there on time or slightly early. Oh no 0Jun 7, 2011Previous reviewAbsolutely top notch service. I called Marcus and told him I was calling him based on his Yelp reviews. He was reassuring, informative and helpful when I asked him for advice on details of my trip (wheelchair and expired ID for my father). He was available during the travel window I needed. He was communicative and professional.
On the day of, Dad and I had extra time and wanted to use it to have more time to deal with any unexpected issues at the airport, so I called Marcus again and told him that and asked him to come earlier if he could, which he said he would, and did.
On the actual drive over from my Dad's old neighborhood to SFO, Marcus was not only professional but genuinely friendly. He said that he'd taken care of elders in his family and that my Dad was in good shape. He talked directly with Dad and made good conversation. We had a grand time on the trip to the airport itself.
Marcus was good with my Dad, good with me (I was all nerves) and good at the driving. There were no hassles and we got there early and none of the details of driving or navigation were made my problem.
I tipped heavily for that first class service. Wonderful!

He was on time, ultra accommodating, most importantly a great driver. Within our party we had several executives. They felt safe and secure.
We will 100% request Marcus for any future transportation needs.

I used Marcus's service for my wedding.. let's just say TOP NOTCH A-1 service..as the bride..I was running late from getting my hair and makeup completed..Mr. Dyer was extremely patient..waited 45 minutes for me to become my best..the ride to my venue was smooth sailing..he was kind and helpful to my mother getting in out of the limo..assisted all of the bridal party as well.. I would highly recommend this service to anyone for all of their special and important moments..thank you Marcus for everything!!

We have used Dyer Transportation several times to travel between SFO and Napa Valley. Marcus is reliable, courteous and a safe way to trvel! I feel fortunate to have found him. Marcus is so accommodating and flexible. I have no worries at all when I travel with him! He is on time for pick ups and always lets me know he is on his way and when he is close by. Marcus is the best!

I have been using Dyer Transportation services for many years and cannot express what great service I and my family have experienced. He is not only reliable, on time, but vehicles are clean and modern! Marcus is very accommodating and personable and makes your ride enjoyable!
