Dynamic Auto Custom

I was recommended to Dynamic Auto Custom after a week of thinking and asking for the best place to tint all around my Tesla model 3.
They have for sure the best quality and customer service. The prices are very competitive and fair for a professional job.
I will definitely be coming back for future customs and recommending my friends.

Amazing service I've came here twice to tint my windows. They have fast service, the tint film is great quality. Didn't know they offer a one time ticket protection plan which is great to hear since I recently just got a ticket.

Excellent customer service on my 2024 Tesla Model Y in Quicksilver. The staff were very responsive, transparent, and friendly. I had all of my windows tinted with LLUMAR IRX (windshield 50%, front doors 5%, rear door and hatch window 15%). I also had them install full front PPF with LLUMAR Platinum. I paid an additional fee for ticket protection just in case I need to have my tint removed and retinted.

The cost was very reasonable for the great quality. I will definitely go back again when I purchase another vehicle.

I was blessed to have spoken with the team at Dynamic Auto Custom. I worked with the owner Alex in addition to Vanessa and Edgar, they are very experienced and not only chrome delete but overall best method to design a car. The team had exemplary service and insured that all my questions were answered. What I appreciated is their honesty on how to best take care of the car and also the post care of the wrapped areas. I will be sure to take all my future cars here to the amazing team. Cheers for running such a great shop and I will be back! Attached are some of the photos that they did for me!

TL;DR: If you just need a quick OK job then come here.

The quality of the work was not what I was looking for. The price they charged was fair and competitive, but if you're looking for a certain level of quality, ask for examples of what you want done and make sure the quality matches what you're looking for.

I asked for a lumar 80 front window tint and the edges were cut rough and the lines on the top cut weren't straight, it doesn't affect the performance of the tint but the appearance from the inside. The crude cuts are very visible at night when the cabin lights are on in the car.

I followed up and they tried straightening the cuts but there wasn't much that could be done at this point. It didn't need to be perfect but I would've like it to be done a little better.

The front desk people were very nice though through the whole process.

Update:
The owner reached out to re-do the tint and I initially agreed to his proposal, but to be honest for what it is, its good enough for now.

This is the only place I take my vehicles for window tint, wrap, ppf, and other upgrades you can think of. Alex, the owner is super nice and he makes sure that everything is perfect! I highly recommend this place. Thanks, Dynamic Auto Customs!!!!!

Went here for Ceramic Coating and Tinting. We just bought the car 1-2 months ago. We left the car there at 8am in the morning, before leaving the car, we washed the car to make sure that if there were any scratch we were able to identify it before leaving it in this place.

We look around, there are no scratches when we left it. 2 days later there was a small dent and scratched on the car. Hence, we they returned it, I said, I am not gonna accept this, you guys have to fix this. Talk to one of the employees, his name was Kyle, and this guy just basically said "ok, no worries we will fix it, instead of figuring out who's fault it is, no worries we will fix it. I am going to order the paint today and just come back the following Monday."

We got extremely busy, had some hospital procedures, so we actually made an appointment to fix this issue 2-3 weeks later.

Went there, and they said they fixed it, but it was just pure BS. Nothing was really done. Dent was still there, and that paint remove as showed in the image below is still there.

Transparency - 0/10.

They kept saying that it was there before we left it, that there was some sort of rock chip that hit the car before we left it. We know that this IS NOT TRUE. for the following reasons:

1. Before we left like mentioned above, we washed the car, took pictures to make sure that if they were to damage the car, we could counter.

2. They also actually take pictures before taking the car in and accepting it.

3. We actually just got the car back from Tesla as they were some manufacturing issues and they completely replaced the windshield so we checked carefully after this.

So we triple check it and we are 200% that it was there when we left it.

4. We went to 2 other body shop to ask what they think happened to this and the first question they ask us, what service did you do? I said ceramic coating and tint, and people from these body shops think that they must've mistakenly damage the car when they were working on the ceramic coating part, and they were explaining the possibility of how that could happen but the Auto Shop don't want to take the blame for it so they claim they keep claiming that it was a "rock chip that hit it.

5. After almost 2 months, the owner of this place decided to fix this issue, as he is scared to get sued for this. Went to that body shop that they ask us to go on July 4th and same thing, the guys from this body shop don't think it's a rock chip that went to the car just like what they are claiming so now there are 3 body shops pretty much saying that they are lying. The guys from this body shop who barely speaks english definitely don't think it's a rock chip as they claim it to be.


6. Also, when I spoke to the owner, he claims that he watched the videos for like 3 hours to identify if it was their fault or but claim that it was not.
Not to mention the owner of this place is EXTREMELY RUDE, ENTITLED AND MACHISTA. HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR WOMEN.

So to be fair, I asked if they have the video and pictures that they were supposed to take just like any other place who provides this type of services.
As you can see from the image below, they claim that the image was not taken so they cannot prove that it was not there before.
If you read the image carefully below, they claim that the image was not save. The owner claims that there was no wifi so it didn't save. LOL

As a Software Engineer that have worked on DEFENSE projects, I know for a fact that this is not true. In android phones, you do not need to have a wifi to have the image saved. It is stored locally by default. You do not need a wifi to save the image.

CONCLUSION: OWNER of this place is extremely rude, entitled and machista.
He calls me and tells me that they are not gonna take the blame for it but he is going to fix it anyway so I should be grateful for that.

OWNER OF THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE LIER and probably force his employees to keep lying to costumers.

When we were in the body shop, I was explaining what happened and he was not even willing to listen and was EXTREMELY RUDE. He tells me to EDUCATE MYSELF about it.

Also, he asked the person from the body shop to make us sign something to make sure that he doesn't get sued for it, but the body shop denied to do that probably just because for a fact that he is a lier.


DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE. Whatever they say, you should counter check from another place. We haven't really check yet if whatever service they said they provided is what was provided but I am sure that transparency is not there.

Also the fact that they know we are both women, so probably he thought he can just say whatever BS he wants and we would believe that.

Regret spending $1500 in this place. The mistake that was done in the car is not a big deal, mistakes happen all the time, but it's how the OWNER of this shop handled it.

I recently went back to Dynamic Auto Custom to get ceramic tint for my fiancé's Hyundai Kona. After the great job they did on my BMW X3, I knew I had to return.

This time, Vanessa helped me out, and she was fantastic. She guided me through all the tint options and helped me pick the best ones. We went with Llumar CTX for the side and rear windows and Air80 for the windshield.

Even though they were busy, the team got the job done faster than expected without cutting any corners. The tint looks amazing, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. The consistent quality, quick service, competitive pricing, and professionalism make Dynamic Auto Custom my top choice for tinting.

I got my car wrap & break caliber painted last week at Dynamic Auto and very happy with the results. The quality of the job is outstanding with no bubbles, bad folds or peeling. They have good quality products to choose from like 3M and Avery.

The service & communication were great. Their pricing is very decent and competitive.
