Bobby did a extraordinary job on my MB GLA250. Can easily say it's one of the best detail jobs I've had. I've got a large dog that I take everywhere with me, he slobbers on the windows, side of car, and sometimes the seats. Dog hair is impossible to get out of upholstery 100% - I don't know how Bobby did it, but you can't even tell a giant bull mastiff has ever been in my car. My spot test is always the tires, if they get the rims real good, I know that they've been thorough. Smelled oh so fresh too. Job exceeded my expectations.

He came with his own set up, water tank and all. Was looking so good, I had a neighbor stop by to ask if he could work on her car next (I love helping people get business).

Pricing was more than fair, especially for the quality of his work - I've been charged 2-3x that much in CA.

Simply magnificent service from beginning to end!!! I love my car & was looking for car business which would fulfill my passion for my car presenting as prestigious & shiny as I envisioned & my expectations were exceeded exponentially! Warm, hospitable & accommodating with competitive pricing before I met the owner had me intrigued as to if the progressive pricing would meet the level of service extended.

First off, he met my time request even though it was 8 pm in the evening! Second, he greeted me & was friendly & gave a full explanation of services provided. He spent 4, yes, I said 4 hours detailing, shining scrubbing each minuscule crevice spoke, panel & accessory! Carpet were steam cleaned to absolute perfection & after a much longer detailing than normal; he came to the door beaming & Frida my car shone like when I spotted my car of destiny on the lot!!!! No comparison, hands down the most epic car detailed in the Lubbock area!!!!!

Robert did a fantastic detail and ceramic coating on my new 911. I am extremely satisfied and will continue to use his wash services on a weekly basis.

My dog went to the bathroom in my passenger seat and left an ugly stain, but he cleaned it so well you can't even tell anything happened! He was super kind and respectful and cleaned my seat at a fair price, so would definitely recommend. Couldn't be more satisfied.

NO-CALL NO-SHOW what a disappointment!
Spoke with Bobby via phone pretty early in the morning and told him we were leaving town at 3pm and wanted a truck detail before then. He was very courteous on the initial phone call, quoting me a price and offering to move his 1 appointment that day to accommodate us. He said he would reach back out to confirm he could move things around. Although I did not hear back initially for an hour I eventually reached out to him to ask for an update and he responded via text that he could get us in at 12:30. My husband took out the car seats from his truck, as well as removed all our luggage and kids toys we had loaded up for our trip and emptied the truck bed of all equipment he didn't want to get wet. Bobby had our address but never showed up or responded to me. Not sure what went wrong here but if I had known I could've had time to hire a backup and now I don't. Very unprofessional.

Bobby is amazing and my car looks fabulous. I am truly very picky about my car. What a great service. Bobby is quick to respond, timely, courteous and very hard working. I will be recommending him to everyone I know - so convenient to have him come to you. He is completely self sufficient, even brings his own water to wash the car. The price was very reasonable. I could not be more pleased.
