Dyson Service Center Union City

I'm in the parking lot of this place, writing a 5 star review before I even drive away. Worried that repair would be expensive, I drove to Fremont on a Friday to have an airwrap fixed. It was don't in 5 minutes. Rudy helped me and I am so grateful-- he had me in and out in no time, showed me what was wrong, and voila! The airwrap loves to see another day.

Great service! It was a quick in and out for me for them to repair my Dyson cleaner head. 5 stars for great customer service.
Just wanted to mention their automated voice message machine says they're open Tues-Fri which almost made me turn around but thankfully they are open on Mondays. Only recommendation, update your hours on your vmail line.

I love my Dyson air wrap but it was glitching for some reason and needed repair. I'm closer to the Dyson store at Valley Fair but decided to go this route since I would be in the area.

I didn't really know what to expect- if they would fix it instantly or if I needed to come back. I walked in, checked in, and a younger guy came out and took my airwrap. He said he would check it out and come back out in a bit. 20 minutes later he came out and said aight it's done. Just need to run it for a bit to make sure. WOAH. I thought he was just doing diagnostics and was going to tell me to come back another day. He was very kind and went out of his way to show excellent customer service!!!

This Dyson service center is legit! I walked in without an appointment right at opening hoping to get my fan fixed. Tyson greeted me and the other customers as we entered all while he was already helping a customer. Tyson was confident that he can diagnose and solve my fan's F3 error. He said there was an error with the fan's PCB and it would only take him 10 minutes to switch and fix. 10 minutes later, my fan was working perfectly and has been the last couple of days now! Thanks Tyson and team at Dyson.

For years, we have used and loved Dyson products. Today, upon suggestion by Dyson Customer Support, I drove to Union City to the Dyson Service Center. That experience equaled our Dyson Product Experience. Truly "5 Stars".....In and out in 30 minutes, with a completely functional hand vacuum. Worth the drive and time for sure. The customer service technician handled 7 customers by himself. So impressive. So DYSON!

Just stopped by today to get our Dyson repaired, they replaced the battery within 10 minutes. Super fast and efficient.

The Union City Dyson Service Center repair shop is beyond FANTASTIC!! I got nervous when my Dyson stopped working ... I drove an hour to get to the Dyson Service Center in Union City and they did NOT disappoint! They fixed my stick vacuum in like 10 minutes and didn't charge me a dime!! This makes me love my Dyson even more. And with a shedding Husky pup at home, I need it working at all times! THIS PLACE ROCKS!

Oh my gosh, the Dyson Service Center is AWESOME. I was the first customer at 10am 1/8/24. My upright vacuum was damaged at the elbow that diverts the upright use and the hose. Check-in was simple. The staff were professional and welcoming. The work on my vacuum was completed in 25 minutes. The repair cost was reasonable and beats buying a new machine. I'll definitely recommend to all my family and friends the Dyson Service Center.
