E&R Limo Services

This is perhaps the most irresponsible company with which I have ever dealt. They stood me up on the day of my daughters arrival into Sacramento. Though they had two days to prepare for this pick up, at the last minute I received a text that told me they couldn't find a driver. I would never use this company if I were you... We will never use them again.

Got great service from this Limo service. Will def use again in the future. Also liked the reasonable prices (compared to other companies) and that they were 20 minutes early to pick us up. Mersha, our point of contact was also our driver. Excellent guy!

My friends came to town from Philly and wanted to do a wine country tour. A colleague suggested E&R, so I called them and my friends were delighted! The driver brought us to 3 different wineries, and was very friendly and informative. Will use them again next time in Wine Country.

I have used E&R Limo a couple of times in the past four months and each time, I have been nothing but pleased by the service Mersha and his staff provides. Home pick-up is always on time (even a bit early), with bottled water and a comfortable & clean SUV to ride in. Airport pickup is great as well, we text a bit to coordinate and magically, when I walk out.. there's my ride! I only did a LITTLE comparative pricing for services to and from SFO & OAK from Vallejo and hands down, for the riding experience and service you get, E&R Limo is a STEAL! Will definitely be using them in the future. You should to!

Extremely fair price from Vallejo to SFO, also Germa, my driver was great company the whole way and he made great time. He even had some snacks, water and mints for me. I will definitely be using their services again.

This was my second time using E&R limo services and I couldn't have asked for a better limo service. Kalab was our driver and he was very knowledgeable! Had no problems both times. Very friendly, cheerful and he made everything so convenient with me and my girls . He knew the best places and I would recommend E&R to anyone. Extremely professional and on time! He made our trip fun and comfortable.

This was our first time using E&R. I found it on line while searching for a reasonably priced car service to pick us up at the airport and E&R were the winners! They were very professional and pleasant from the time we made our reservation with Mersha, promptly texting me to confirm, then later to let us know our driver's name and when he was on the way. Mersha also assured us that I wouldn't have to worry if our flight was delayed because they would check our flight # often for info on delays before sending the car. Our driver, Abi, arrived at SFO on time, called us, and patiently waited the extra time while we got our luggage. Abi was alert and friendly and we appreciated the clean, comfortable car and smooth ride home to Vallejo. We will happily use E&R Limo from now on and recommend it to others.

Our driver was late picking us up, due to traffic. The owner called and told us there would be no charge for our ride. A different driver arrived 15 minutes past pickup time in a new vehicle and we made it to the airport in plenty of time. Great customer service and polite employee provided an efficient trip to the airport from our hotel.
