Ernesto came to my house all the way from Merced to repair a sump pump that I thought was broken and I thought needed to be replaced. He said I did not need one. He inspected it and gave me that recommendation. Now that's a first I've had a recommendation where somebody was not trying to upsell or hustle me.. I took him underneath the house he climbed under and gave me some tips on what I'm supposed to do to call a handyman for a very small job and not a plumber to fix some rubber hose down there. because it will be too expensive if I used a plumber. If ever anyone needs a sump pump repair or installation this is the guy. Honest And very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. Thank you Ernesto.!

Our contractor recommended Ernesto to install a moisture barrier under our house. We are very satisfied with the workmanship. He's An expert with everything related to crawl space. He provided several suggestions to prevent future water damage, broken pipes and animal infestation. He identified problems we never knew about and recommended the appropriate steps that we should take. I never knew we had a massive void under our garage floor until he found it and suggested we fill it. I highly recommend using him. I wasn't home when his crew did all the work, but I'm still so amazed by how quickly they finished the job in such little space.

We hired E Mora's services to seal our crawlspace after it got flooded during last year's heavy rains. Their crew is booked months in advance. However the wait was worth it. We are happy with the service and our crawlspace is transformed from a stale and dusty space to clean and sealed.

They charge for the initial inspection but it is worth it as Ernesto saw a couple of unrelated issues with our plumbing and informed us. Responsive, serviced one sump pump and diagnosed/replaced another. Efficient, responsive and reasonably priced.

Ernesto from E-Mora Construction did a excellent job installing sump pumps in my crawl space. They are full automatic, including battery backup. I can see their status on my phone and I get an email if there is any problem with them. A terrific job done on time and at a competitive price.

Really good service, quality work and very responsive. They really cleaned up our crawl space and made it so much more pleasant. Replaced sump pump, and provided periodic inspections. Really useful during all the storms this year.

Problem we had:
Our area has a high water table. When we first moved in, we noticed taht even with a slight rain, there would be an inch of water covering the entire crawlspace. We were living on a lake.

Estimate:
Ernesto came out to do an estimate. Compared with others we asked, he was more thorough and went through the entire crawlspace area that the competitor's hadn't checked.

I really appreciated that he was able to show us photos of what was going on under the house. He showed us the residual lines left by water in all corners of the house. It's tough work belly crawling through a concrete crawlspace!

Proposal:
Ernesto was able to price match other estimates we had gotten from competitors. We ended up getting 3 sump pumps and thicker plastic covering. He showed us a schematic of how he was going to place the sump pumps strategically to drain low areas in the crawlspace and also how he was going to tie all the sump pumps to an existing french drain going into the street

Project:
The team did their work within a week. Ernesto was communicative through the entire process and easy to reach.

His team doesn't do electrical work, so we hired their recommended electrician who was also very thorough in their work as well.

Result:
Ernesto stands by his work. You get a signed 5 year warranty for the workmanship.

Now that the rains have come, looking into the crawlspace, it's nice and dry.

Also, when one of the sump pump water level alarms went off, Ernesto was able to diagnose the problem quickly.
