Eagle Towncar

Eagle Town Car is by far the best airport shuttle service we've used. Professional, polite, punctual, and well priced. The car itself was very comfortable and not in the embarrassing state most shuttles are in. We just used Eagle Town Car for our trip to Las Vegas and will rely on it for future trips. We had a nightmare time trying to arrange shuttles with other services in the SF Bay Area and were lucky to find this one at the last minute.

Hashim is always available, punctual, safe, and professional. I highly recommend him!

This is a very reliable and professional company. The owner, Hashim can never let you down. My company has used them for years and I personally call Hashim for my vacations and other family requirements. He has few people working for him so he has yet to say no to a request. They all care about their passengers, recommending pick up times and will do their best to get you there on time (even in the Bay Area traffic)

I've been working with Hashim and his competent team of drivers for nearly ten years, both for personal and business travel. Their fleet of vehicles are exceptional as is their promptness, and extremely reasonable rates. Whether you need an airport run, a day trip to the wine country, a prom ride for your precious children, or a client pick up, Eagle is always there with a smile. We've never been disappointed at our Company, and my family counts on them for every trip. Thank you, Eagle!!

This was my first time using this company for pick up and drop off to the Oakland airport. I called in advance to schedule our pick up. We needed to be picked up early in the morning (5 am) and were traveling with three children (two under the age of 3). The day prior to our pick up I was expecting some type of confirmation since I had scheduled in advance. I did not receive any confirmation, so I called to confirm pick up. Not sure if this is standard but I would have appreciated a confirmation call. Pick up went smoothly. The owner, Hashim, arrived promptly and assisted us loading and unloading our luggage.

The return pick up was more the issue. Upon pick up Hashim advised me to call him the day we were to return to schedule our pick up. I contacted Hashim the morning our of our return flight and was informed to call him when our plane landed. I contacted Hashim and informed him our flight would be arriving 20 mins earlier than expected. He advised he was aware of the early arrival and to call him when we were outside. I called Hashim when we were picking up our luggage and told me the drive would be there to pick us up in 5 minutes. I expected the driver to be waiting for us because I saw other drivers waiting for their customers inside the airport, but that was not the case.

Once outside, my husband had to flag down our driver because the driver did not know who he was looking for. The driver pulled to the curb and attempted to assist us with our luggage. He had difficulty loading it into the vehicle (it was a tight squeeze), so my husband loaded it for him. We arrived at our destination and informed the driver we would be loading our baggage into our vehicle and driving home. While my husband and older son unloaded our luggage, I unloaded my younger kids, their car seats and the luggage that had to be placed in the passenger area of the vehicle. While all of this was happening, the driver sat in the drivers seat of the vehicle worrying about collecting payment! He didn't offer to help me unload the car seats or help unload/load our luggage into our vehicle. Maybe I have it wrong here, but isn't part of the driver's job to help unload the luggage. I didn't expect him to know how to operate my car seats, but he could have asked if I needed help. It was late, we were all tired and hungry, and I was pissed. Why am I tipping someone who sat on his butt while we loaded and unloaded our luggage?

I was not impressed with Eagle Town Car and will use someone else next time I need assistance to/from the airport.

We've been using Eagle Town Car for more than a year, several trips from Berkeley to SFO. They are flawless. Very professional, punctual and very nice. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Hashim is always on time, always with a clean car, and he's courteous. I started using him for work trips but now call him for family vacations.

I have been using Eagle Town Car for almost 2 years monthly for business. Never once did they forget to pick me up from home or from the airport. My pickups were early in the morning (4am) and there was always a driver at my front door waiting for me. Hashim has driven most of my family for various events and they all could not stop talking about how great the service was. If you drive with a car service long enough, you really start to build relationships during the trips and get to know your driver (if YOU want to talk to them). I can't say enough good things about this service. The cars are immaculate and clean. I swear Hashim cleans them every night! There is always water in the back seat and plenty of legroom. I remember one time my phone died in the car and I didn't have a cigarette lighter adapter to charge it and Hashim let me borrow his during the drive home. So kind. I found the pricing to be very reasonable for the service he offers in the bay area. Better pricing than Black Tie and other competitive car services out there. I always felt safe in the cars with their driving and with the drivers themselves. I will always be coming back to them for trips to the airport and back. Highly recommend!

Hashim and his company are THE BEST in the business - a cut above any limo service I have used for 25 years. In fact, my whole corporation uses him and his team. All the drivers are extremely reliable and are consistently there when you need them. Hashim even made a special trip to retrieve my wife and I on little notice (late at night and 90 minute away) from a bad car accident. He and his team are totally dedicated and will do whatever it takes to respond to the client's needs - even the occasional stop at Starbucks on the way to the airport. Hashim's cars are all newish and the traditional style lincolns - always immaculate and very comfortable - I usually fall asleep on early rides. Go with Eagle Town. You will be impressed by the entire crew - Hashim, Rodney, Caesar and the other cast of characters!
