Eagle Tree Service

Shout out to Rafael for rescuing our kitten in our 85 foot redwood tree. He answered immediately and came to the house within 15mins! We should have called him first! The day before we wasted our money with another tree service and it was unsuccessful, we had to pay and no kitten. I should have done my research and found eagle tree service first! He is a cat whisperer, he didn't rush in anyway and within 30 minutes he captured the kitten! I told him he needs to partner with the aspca. Will all the services that we have in the Bay Area for animals not one wanted to help. I called the fire dept .. no help whatsoever. Called animal control said it will come down on its own, didn't happen. It was up there for a total of 3 days.. I'm just very blessed that god lead me to Rafael. A true blessing in the sky. If you have have a cat that needs to be rescued, Rafael is your man!!! Thank you again!

If you're like me, you probably knew your trees needed some trimming for a good while before you hired someone to do the work. We needed some trees back trimmed back / down considerably, and Rafael did a great job. He was responsive when my neighbor (who also needed trees trimmed) reached out to him, came out quickly to give us a very reasonable quote, and had the work done in a couple of days. He and his helper also cleaned up the work site very thoroughly, which I appreciated. Big thumbs-up from me.

Showed up on time with his crew. Was very friendly and efficient. Extremely professional and efficient. Totally cleaned up everything and completely did the job as outlined. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Rafael was incredibly helpful in pruning two of our trees, including a large redwood. He was super prompt and kind in communicating and gave advise on how to best take care of them. Highly recommend his services and look forward to working with him again in the future!

Rafael and his crew are the best. This is the 3rd time we have used Eagle to trim our massive oak trees. He is thoughtful in his work, and the cleanup was done well. A+

Rafael has now done 2 jobs for us. The first was an emergency tree removal where he was the most professional and had the best price out of 3 other local companies. When another tree fell during the recent storms it was a no brainer to call him again. Just like the first time he was quick to respond, accommodating with schedules, and the price was extremely fair. I can't recommend Rafael and his crew enough.

It seemed impossible. An enormous branch of a 30 foot tree rooted just over my fence on Caltrans land was threatening my property, but I couldn't imagine how anyone could get it out of there considering that the walkway that connects that area to my driveway is less than 3 feet wide and there is no place to put a crane. I called Rafael based on the reviews and he came over immediately and gave me an estimate. He and his helper showed up a tad early on the promised day, worked steadily for about three hours and took out the offending branch in chunks, also trimming another Caltrans tree that was threatening the garage. They cleaned up beautifully afterwards. My only small quibble is that Rafael had promised to leave some chips for mulch and barbecue and apparently forgot, but I would not hesitate to hire him again when the trees need trimming. They removed the problematic branches but left the entire canopy, which is very nice. Very professional work.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Rafael was our hero tonight! An hour before sunset our small cat was chased up a tree by a dog. She was VERY high and too scared to come down. I tried calling other 24 hour arborists, but no one answered. Rafael picked up immediately and was ready to help. After I sent him my address he arrived within 15 minutes with his gear and a backpack to safely bring the cat down. He was friendly and professional, and very sweet to my scared cat. They were both back down within 10 minutes. I was extremely grateful for the quick 24hr service. If your cat is up a tree, this is who to call. Bonus, his price is extremely reasonable compared to other arborist services. I will definitely be giving Rafael a call again when it is time to trim my Gingko tree.
