Early Bird Airport Shuttle

We are beyond thankful for Early Bird Shuttle. Our daughter is a freshman at UCSC so we had to figure out the best way for her to travel home including transportation to & from the San Jose Airport. I am so happy that we found Early Bird Shuttle early on. They have been absolutely wonderful, and I have peace of mind knowing that our daughter is well taken care of. Over numerous trips, the shuttle has been punctual no matter the time of day, and my daughter always reports that the drivers are very nice. If you are open to it, the shuttle team will add riders that match your timeline and automatically reduce your fare. Our daughter has also experienced substantial flight delays, which the shuttle service monitors, and have met her every time without me having to reach out to them. For these many reasons, I highly recommend Early Bird Airport Shuttle.

This will now always be my go to shuttle service from Aptos to SFO. The driver arrived on time and was super friendly and an amazing driver. The vehicle was extremely comfortable.
The pick up 42 days later was seamless and the driver was very cordial.
The things that cemented this service for us was, one, they include the gratuity in the charge, so no awkward moments of waiting to tip. And two, they sent a confirmation on both ends the day before so there was no question that they were coming.

The people you work with at this company are incredibly professional and friendly. They are prompt in scheduling and returning phone calls etc. The service they provide is always exceptional. Every driver we've had has been on time no matter what happens to our flights. They have been a pleasure to ride with on the way home! We always know we are in good hands with them! This is a wonderful company. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional and the drivers are great. Today Kristof drove us to SFO over rainy Highway 17. He arrived a few minutes ahead of time, loaded our car with all our luggage and was very friendly. Just after the Summit, we suddenly hit a full stop and could see from navigation apps that there were not one, but two accidents ahead of us. We were able to crawl up a few hundred feet over about 15 minutes and Kristof knew all the back roads--it was a relief and wonderful. It took almost two hours to get to SFO, but if he hadn't navigated off of Hwy 17, we'd probably sat there for--well, who knows. Anyone who lives on the SC side of the hill knows the perils of Hwy 17. When we got to the airport he ran out of his van in the rain to get us a luggage cart and loaded it all up for us. So, thanks to Kristof and to the great team at EBAS!

Excellent service, and we will certainly use them again. I'm always wary of being driven by people I don't know, but both the drivers were very good, and I soon relaxed. And when we came home, they knew that our flight arrival time had changed before we did! They were there waiting at SFO. This was our first time. We were impressed.

As an event planner coordinating an event hosting 70 guests from around the country and world, arriving and departing on several different days and times, Lorry worked with my team and me to make sure that everyone was taken care of seamlessly, arriving comfortably to and departing from the resort with the utmost of ease! I was shocked, when I recently booked Early Bird to not see my previous glowing reviews. Something must've happened because I use them 4X in a two month period last spring, and just could not praise them high enough. We had canceled and repeat, delayed flights out of New York, and Kristen was incredibly on top of all the communication. I'd say the service and timeliness was superb and better than I could've expected with a family member picking me up. By that I'm referring to no breakdown in communication at multiple delays. A few weeks ago, I called to book a ride on one days and was so glad there was availability. Sometime it is a bit of a splurge, especially when it's just me riding. But for an early flight and/or holiday or commute, traffic, or the frequent road work it is a good splurge, in terms of arriving on time and relaxed, rather than frazzled by traffic and the added pain of looking for parking when driving my own car. The cars are always quite comfortable. I particularly like the hybrid Toyota Avalon. Loads of legroom, smooth leather interiors, and very quiet ride.

Great find. They were kind, prompt and professional from start to finish. I will definitely look for an opportunity to use their service next time I need a driving service.

Right on time. Very comfortable ride both ways.
My flight kept getting delayed. I was supposed to be arriving in the Oakland Airport at 8:30 am. After 4 delays, I was afraid the driver wouldn't wait for my arrival.
Finally arrived at 12:15 and there Kevin was, waiting for me when I got off the plane! What a wonderful site after waiting so long to take off!
This company is the best. They were there for me every step of the way.
I will definitely hire them again.
