Kami is a fantastic chap who is thoroughly knowledgeable about rugs and carpets. The cleaning job on our massive 15yr old rug was absolutely excellent. It really came back as good as new, and actually better since he got rid of the inappropriate "tea staining" of the tassels. The rug was back in our home in a timely manner, earlier than originally quoted. We will definately be services our other rugs here on a regular basis.

East & West Persian and Oriental Carpet recently cleaned and restored for me a valuable but deteriorating Indian carpet and twoTibetan carpets that were over 25 years old and had never been cleaned. All 3 carpets came back in perfect condition and looked beautiful. Many thanks.

So thankful for East and West Persian & Oriental services. When almost a whole bottle of red wine gets spilled on your white beautiful wool rug, I instantly thought the worst.
I called first thing in the morning and Kami was there within the hour.
A few days later and a couple gentle washes, he returned it in perfect condition.
I'm amazed!
So professional and a really great personality!
