East Bayz Tires and Wheels

I spoke to Chris at this shop and he was so nice and very helpful with my situation with my tires. I had a nail in my back driver side tire and a screw in my front driver side tire. I originally took my Subaru to the dealer and that is where got my tires done originally because I had a rebate I could use with my 1st set of tires and I wanted them to check it out and they only looked at my back tire and said they would charge me $232.00 for one tire and my girlfriend that I went with recommend East Bayz and I took it here right after work they put my doughnut on my car and then the one with the screw they were able to lend me a use tire so I can use my car to drop my kids off. When I got off of work I got to East Bayz and they were so quick. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Great Job!

I came in today because I needed new tires for my Lexus and I always go see Anthony and Hector at East Bayz. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that I feel like family when I go here. I know I'm not being jerked around or taken advantage of. Affordable, trustworthy dependable, reliable .. I can go on and on..

I realized after writing this that I've been a long time customer and had already left a review 8 years ago.. makes me happy to know they're still in business and furthermore providing EXCELLENT customer service!

I live about 5 minutes away, I've been coming to this shop for years. The service here is awesome! Every time I have a question about tires repairs, cracked rims or any general question they are always very courteous when answering the phone and always very helpful.

Today I called in to ask if they had time to check out my tires since the TPMS Symbol came up on my car about a week ago! Hector, answered the phone and he was more than happy to answer my questions. He told me to take the car in they will check out my tires. It turned out they were just low on air, go figure!

They didn't charge me anything for taking up their time and Hector was nice enough to clear the TPMS symbol on my dashboard.

Highly recommended, especially if you need any tire replacement tire repair or Wheels they have awesome selection of Wheels! Their prices are very good and also offer financing if needed!

I came here after getting scammed at a local tire shop in Hayward. I decided to come here because it had a lot of good reviews. I called ahead and they told me to bring my car in to install new tpms sensors I had bought. They installed them and it took about 30 minutes. I talked with Hector about what happened to my car from the other tire shop and he was empathetic and genuine. The price for the labor was affordable and I would definitely come back. They seem like a trustworthy shop and Hector was very kind. My tpms light is gone and no issue at the moment.

Costco wasn't able to do my tire rotation and referred me to this shop. I called and was able to get in right away. They were able to rotate my tires very quickly. I will be returning.

I needed some new tires for my EV after one got a nail. Chevy dealer wanted $300 to replace just the one OEM tire and those can't be patched since they're self-sealing. I instead called East Bayz and they were able to find a better aftermarket brand I wanted and had it ready next day. I decided to replace the full set and was happy with the price and speed of the replacement service. Would definitely recommend these folks for your tire/wheel needs.

My go to!! Brought my M4 here to get my tires changed out. For some reason my lights for still on for low psi so I brought it back and they took my car without appt right away. They were so nice and knew exactly what to do to fix it. I left my car went to get breakfast and came back with everything fixed and ready to go. Anthony helped me both times and was great both times.

I couldn't recommend anywhere other than East Bays Tires and Wheels. I wanted new rims for my car and I came by this afternoon and was helped immediately. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and were able to change my rims within an hour. I was also surprised by the price it was a great value for what I got.

I bought a a new tire from here and 4 days later it popped. I called and spoke with Anthony he said okay bring it in see what o can do. Than he hands me a bill for another $100 and says I took $20. Like wtf! 4 days! He says the warranty doesn't cover this tire damage. What? I was driving on the highway and it got a blowout! After 4 days of a supposedly new tire I think not! You scammed me out of $220 and upon looking at the tire it's worn out! So now I paid $220 for a used tire. I won't ever go here again and would urge people to go to a reputable place where they back their tires! Lesson learned

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff always got the job done when the "big guys" couldn't do what was suppose to be done the first time around. Chris have always had the answers to things I've always had questions done. Efficient at Getting back with services I needed done, thanks for that and great service from all of your staff! Highly recommended. They're fast and always gets the job done right!!!
