Eco Mobile Detailing

Eco came to my home and did a quality job especially
considering that my car had been parked underneath a tree and the sap was hard to remove.
The service was excellent!

For a $70 car wash I have higher expectations than what this company is able to consistently deliver. Unfortunately, when you pay $35 for a basic wash or $70 for the eco wash & wax, they have a hard time actually covering the basics. Sometimes they have done a decent job, but not today. Far from it. Now, obviously I don't expect my car to be detailed for that price, but I certainly don't expect to find obvious dirt marks still remaining, actual raised dirt that I can literally remove with a simple wipe of my finger. In fact, I showed the mngr these spots on the hood snd the window trim and wiped them away with my finger while he watched, and he still insisted that my car was too dirty (ok so im at fault), and that these dirt spots are not covered by the basic wash. Gotta pay $170 for that. Say what??? So, you don't even do basic thorough wiping of the outside of the car for $70????? For the record, the interior also still had several obvious bits of raised dirt that were overlooked. Cmon guys, do i really have to upgrade to the $170 wash to get you to do what i can do with armor all leather wipes in a few minutes at home?

In reality, it's clear they cleaned my car in a hurry, and simply didn't do a thorough job. I did take note that several cars pulled up just as i did, so they got suddenly very busy at that time and i thought it strange that he told me it would take 45 minutes to wash the car. That's the same time it takes when there's virtually no other cars. I wondered how they would clean all those cars with only 2-3 guys in just 45 min. The answer is they'll do a half ass job.

What really pissed me off though, is the mngr was not sympathetic in anyway, instead argued with me, told me i was wrong and told me i can go to another car wash next time. Terrible terrible service. If it were one of those cheap crappy $25 drive through car washes, i could be more forgiving and just forget about it, but for $70 you really have to expect the customer to have higher expectations. Hate to say it, but i feel ripped off. What pisses me off most, is now i will be losing the convenience of getting my car washed in the building that i work. That said, it's not worth the aggravation of feeling ripped off.

The best detailer in L.A. I've come across so far. Took my car into their location on Santa Monica and La Brea (Target parking garage) for the exterior polish and simple interior clean.

3 hours later my car looked show room ready. Definitely coming back again. Don't trust just any detailer advertising on Tik Tok or Instagram. These detailers know how to restore a paint job.

Fast and efficient - missed the center console but understandable as they are in a garage and it's a little harder to see without natural light when detailing.

Ive been coming to this spot for about a year now and I like how it's in the target parking lot. The quality of the work is usually pretty good on most washes.

But recently their service took a bad turn. I'm not a fan of bait switches prices. I've always paid $40 + tips for my Tesla SUV and today the guy working their said my car would take too long to wash so it has to be $80. I've been getting the same wash for months and I bring my car always in the same conditions. It's not like it was more dirty. It just sends the manager on site might've been feeling a different way today and just decided to up the price on me suddenly.

Will not be going anymore for unethical pricing switch / false advertising.

I was referred by my aunt who has used their mobile detailing services. I was very pleased with the work that they did overall! My car looks so good from the inside to the work they did on the outside. I would definitely recommend their services and will be using them from now on to wash my car. They offer home visits, which works perfectly with my hectic schedule and are super accommodating to my availability. They were extremely professional, explained what the wash entailed, and provided me with recommendations on what my car would benefit from to maintain the integrity of the paint! I would give more than 5 stars if there was an option to do so (:

This is the best car wash service I've found so far in in the Hollywood/WeHo. Pretty quick (45 min for a wash or 90 min for a detail) and reasonable price. Staff is very nice as well and always asks me to double check my car afterwards to make sure up to my standards. I've also tried the Eco Mobile in WeHo but haven't had as good experience there so I always come to the Hollywood location. It's also in the same building complex as Target so I can always get my groceries/shopping done.

Had my SUV detailed here-- these guys were quick and very thorough! Highly recommended. Shout out to Zenaido for great customer service.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Estella and Gasper (spelling?) and their team took amazing care of me. I took my boyfriend's car in because it's been awhile. It was pretty dusty and there were spills and stains that needed to get cleaned out, along with scratches on the outside. I also asked if they could clean the trunk, even though there were golf bags, shoes, and things in there. They said yes. They will be the ones to take everything out, clean the trunk, then put everything back in.

When I got it back, the whole car smelled amazing and basically looked like new.

On top of that, their team asked me to check the car to make sure I was happy with it before I actually paid, which I really appreciated. It was worth every penny!

Took my car to these guys today and had a great experience! Ended up doing the wash + hand wax package and the guys did a great job cleaning my SUV (interior & exterior) after all the dirt/dust/bug carcasses it accumulated after a road trip. Zenaido (hope I'm spelling the name correctly!) was the one who checked me in and he was very friendly! When I pointed out a noticeable scratch on the side of my car, he offered to try and buff it out, free of charge! He was able to make the scratch look less visible and it was very much appreciated! I'll be going back again next time I need a car wash! Highly recommend!
