On a Sunday afternoon w/family visiting from out of town, our kitchen sink was plugged. Within one hour of emailing Brandon he called me and said he would have someone here the next day between 11 - 1. At 11:00 a.m. a truck showed up and Isaac and Troy fixed the problem in a very short period of time. Nice guys too!

Eco Plumbing has provided excellent plumbing services to us twice in the past. Like then, we are quite pleased and recommend them highly.

We've used Eco Plumbing several times over the years... inevitably stuff breaks on the weekend. Brandon and his crew are always prompt and knowledgeable about fixing our plumbing. We're very pleased with the value and service they provide!

Our house sprung a leak where our main water line connects to the house. It was bubbling up near the on/off valve that's right up against the house. A neighbor of ours suggested the company that rhymes with moto scooter. I called them first because I figured they'd be able to get here sooner which was true (but not worth it). They were here in a half an hour. The plumber said his rate was $319 per hour! That's not a typo, and it's not even their emergency rate. That's getting close to lawyers rates! I can't imagine what their after hours rate would be? He worked about an hour and a half then stopped without even finding the leak. He at least was able to get the water going again by using our 2 water hoses ran to the main connection spliced into the cities on/off valve near the curb. This of course was temporary. After doing that he gave me a minimum quote of $5600! He said he would have to get that amount approved and that it might be more! I don't see how he could give me a large quote like that before even locating the leak. He tried to reassure me by saying the 2nd plumber that he would need to come help would only be half rate, so $159 per hour. So that's $478.50 per hour for both. Right then I knew I should have just called Brandon at ECO plumbing. I paid the "moto scooter" guy almost $500 for less than 2 hours and he left.

I then immediately contacted Brandon and set up a time. Brandon came out and guaranteed me he would be able to fix it for much less. It required a lot of tree root cutting which is probably what caused the leak. A root growing causing pressure to the water line until it broke.

The ECO workers were great. They thoroughly explained things and kept me updated. They had to reroute the line as far away as possible from roots so it wouldn't happen again.

Anyway after a few days the job was done. We had a partial new main line and another line running to our irrigation sprinklers with newer on/off valves. The whole job was over $2000 less than RR's minimum quote. So lesson learned. Just because a company is bigger and can get there quick doesn't make it the smart choice. If you need any plumbing done give Brandon at ECO a call. I know I will go to them first from now on!

I manage 101 unit hotel in Napa Valley and the problems I've experienced at the hotel is beyond our in-house maintenance skills. After contacting several plumbers in the area for a water heater replacement project, Eco Plumbing was very competitive with pricing and with the great reviews online I decided to award this project to them.

This was no easy task as I needed to replace five commercial water heaters all together, but Brandon and his crew were on time and seemed very efficient during the install. They knew that our guests are our top priority so they ensure that the job will get done right away.

After the install was completed, the crew left the area clean and spotless as if the water no one was even working in the room. Brandon and I had a quick meeting and went over the new heater install and some basic functions.

Overall, I was impressed of how efficient their crew was and I would recommend Eco Plumbing to anyone looking to getting their plumbing needs done.

I've also asked Eco Plumbing to help me out with other issues I've experienced and Brandon was always quick to respond and even made last minute emergencies work on the same day which was a huge help for me and the hotel!
