Very prompt service. Was able to get a technician (Alex) out the house the following day for one time wasp nest removal. Alex was on time, professional, and got the job done quickly. Pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I had an ant problem in my kitchen so I called to make an appointment. I was very fortunate that Adam came out to do the job. He was very friendly and informative. He was also very thorough and obviously loves his job.I would highly recommend them if you have and pest control issues, including rats. Very ethical company and great customer service.

Yelp wants a noodge from me to spill the truth of wretched minds of madness and kings of the kill, brave alien type bipods in weird suits fighting a seemingly never ending battle with incorrigible unkillable uninvited and definitely unwanted schlop and vermin still here from 10bc. My Hero's aka ECOGUARD, (eeecoguard). Yes Yelp, The Force is still strong and in fact have enhanced and hastened their deadly ways. YES IT'S THE TRUTH, THEIR NAME SAYS IT ALL. I just adore a dead bug or mouse or rat or fly, I get all giddy and giggly when the carcass(es) are removed. But surely would have a very different outlook if it were myself or my precious pup going off to be burned and urned. Or if my butterflies and bees were harmed. To the minds of madness and kings of the kill my family thanks all of you! We live in some kind of embryonic bug breeding hell house and each time I call for service (did I mention how nice everyone is, each time?) ECOGUARD comes out sap with a formulated deadly brew and will continue spray until they are sure we have total vermin deadness. To me this company is like an old comfortable leather shoe that still looks new. Service will change with time but only to better serve the customer, product quality and effectiveness, efficient response time and all with a human touch. It just never goes out of style.

Avoid. They are the first one to respond and provide the worst customer service. They lie about why they offer, what will happen during the appointment, and schedule service visits the evening before as if their customers don't have jobs.

The technicians are very vocal about how the sales team lies and shares false information, and I wish I known that before I signed. I am actively trying to cancel a service that the tech says I don't need and that I was told would be easy to cancel if that was the case. RUN, DON'T WALK. So disappointed.

Although I was aware that there was a $125 inspection fee, I am a little disappointed that the technician explained that because we have a Spanish tile roof (a very common roof in the Folsom/EDH area); EcoGuard would not be able to service our home. He was super nice and professional about it, took pictures and did refer us to Sacramento wildlife, but I kinda feel that asking what kind of roof you have should be one of the screening questions to avoid wasting the time and money of both parties. I would recommend this company if you do not have a Spanish tiled roof but if you do to stay away to avoid paying the inspection fee and wasting your time.

Update: within 10 mins of posting this review, the company reached out and stated that they incorrectly charged me for the fee due to technical issues. Fees would not be charged if upon inspection no work can be done. They stated they would issue a refund on my credit card. The manager also explained that not all Spanish roofs are excluded from work but just in our particular case.

I found EcoGuard Pest Management on Yelp, along with a few other pest control companies. I called them, and EcoGuard Pest Management was the best on the phone. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and answered all my questions at a comparable rate. I decided to have them take care of the pest control for my rental property. They have visited the property a couple of times. The workers are polite and careful. They provide good service at a good price.

Great company, very responsive and the tech was very professional and did a thorough job taking care of the wasps in my rooftop a/c, called yesterday and they responded today during the stated time frame.
Would highly recommend.

Don't think twice! Just book them. Family owned is always more trustworthy than a big corporate chain. And they treat you like real people. The guys that came out were super friendly and professional. Broke everything down for us pretty simply and went above and beyond. We had problems with mice the last few weeks since there has been a lots of construction in our area. They came out a week ago (and again today) and the problem has been cleared up pretty quickly. Finally I can sleep in peace! They also sprayed the house down with something and that helped with the spiders. I called about the mice but the spiders were a definite bonus. Money well spent.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Alex for being courteous for follow up call before our appointment , to showing up on time. He provided us outstanding customer service, and was very personable. He walked us through the process and solutions he was using so we were fully informed. He listened to our needs, answered all our questions, without hesitation we immediately requested him to be our main point of contact and service tech for all future appointments.
