broke my glove box and didn't say anything to me. charged me 250.00 to change my oil non synthetic cheap stuff and put winter tires on that were on rims!
I told them lug key was with tires in trunk, no need to go searching in glove box!
got home noticed my sunglasses on seat which is weird opened glove box and it fell down. they broke the hydraulic arm and just wedged it shut like I wouldn't notice. I complained and he couldn't care less, he just drilled a screw in to side of glove box and attached the hydraulic arm, total patch job. Never returning way over priced and no customer service!

Hello again,
In searching our recent RO list and through our whole customer file I can’t find your names.
We only use Mobil 1 or other quality synthetic oil unless otherwise directed.
If there’s a chance our shop did any of this, please respond to my previous DM so I can get to the bottom of it. Otherwise, I’d guess you may have written a review for the wrong shop, and we hope it will be removed.

EDP is the repair shop used by professional drivers, delivery people, and professional transporters. They are out of the way and word of mouth. Where many repair shops always find something new that needs fixing but doesn't seem to make a difference, EDP has found exactly what needed to be done and did it for less. They'll weld a fix where other shops will order new parts. Where one shop quoted a new exhaust system for $2,500, EDP welded on some patches for $500. They have my highest endorsement.

Discovered EDP as a starving student in University, back when times were lean and I had little money.
Over 20 years later I'm still going to EDP.
Amazingly steady and reliable over a very long time.
