Ed's Tow & Cradle

Car wouldn't start this morning and my insurance company sent me Ed's Tow & Cradle to haul it in for service. Felix came out and checked that it was just a dead battery. He was informative and offered his service to replace it. So thankful that he didn't just come and tow my car to the dealership but helped find a solution for me. He went back to pick up the right battery and came back and replaced it. Highly recommend for professional and friendly service.

Ed's Tow came and rescued our Company's trailer that needed to be moved urgently. Communication was easy via phone and text. They billed on the spot and even the billing department was able to fix the company's info on the invoice and email it to our bookkeeper in no time. Excellent service, we will be using them again!

Called my insurance company ask for a tow the assign this terrible company for the tow !
After they was assigned I called and talk to the towing company and verified my vehicle and he was sounds unsecured and say ok someone will be there in 40 min after already waiting for 1hr.
When driver arrived looked on my vehicle and said sorry I can't tow you . He new he can't tow me even before arrive he just wanted to collect the money from the insurance.

If they assign from your insurance company make sure for ask different company !!!!

Reasonable quote, and arrived when they say they were going to arrive. Nice guy, straightforward and got the work the done. Can't ask for more.

My car had a flat with no spare, so my insurance provided me with a local tow from Ed's. The tow ended up running behind, but both the person I spoke to when calling the company and the driver were apologetic about being late. Arthur called me when he was nearby to let me know he'd be by shortly. He was quick with getting my car up and over to where we needed to go. He was able to bring me, my friend, and my dog (we were on our way out to lunch!) in the tow truck and had no issues with my pup. He was friendly and kind and was a great help during a stressful time for me!

It was a crazy day! But Rich came to the rescue!
Rich from Felix's company was great!! He was very friendly, respectful and fast. He knew how to take care of my car. I purchased my car 2 weeks ago and I wasn't expecting this issue with the engine. Rich arrived within 30 minutes, knew how to take care of my new ride, he was fast and very efficient. I strongly recommend this towing company, Rich was great! And very helpful.

The first towing experience with them is great, but they ghosted my second towing appointment. Tried to call them and it was either "be there in 1 hour" or voicemail.

Once again, Ed's Tow & Cradle has saved me in a pinch. After being told by my car insurance roadside assistance that I would hear from my assigned towing company in 24-48 hours, I called Ed's Tow & Cradle (after having such a positive experience with them the first time) and Andre was friendly and quick to help. He gave me an hour ETA and the tow driver Roy arrived even sooner than that! Great communication, start-to-finish. I just wish I would stop needing reasons to have my car towed, but that's neither here nor there

Wow! Just wow. The pricing is better than the rest. Others I had called charged double. If you happen to stumble on Ed's tow service on Yelp for your first choice of a tow estimate, you don't need to call anyone else.

After my SUV was towed to a destination, they had miscalculated the estimate of the mileage driven and even lowered the final price even more. Very honest tow company. Highly recommended!

My car quit running while driving on Alma in Palo Alto. I used my State Farm app to summon help and Ed's Tow & Cradle showed up with a truck in 5 min. They were able to put it in my driveway as requested. Quick, friendly, competent. Recommended.
