Efficient Water Heaters

I am extremely happy with Efficient Water Heater service.
I recently replaced my water heater and I am impressed with their high-quality craftsmanship.
They also provided suggestions on both tank & tankless systems and explained me the differences, which helped in making the right choice. Kudos!

Joseph from Efficient Water Heaters came to our rescue on Sunday afternoon. We contacted him on Sat evening and he was quick in responding to us.
He came by, quickly figured out the problem and fixed it and took the time to explain it to us. And we have hot water!
He explained that our tankless heater needed maintenance (which we've never done before). So we made an appointment for him to come by again. He even gave us a cost estimate for the service. We really appreciate it

Fair pricing and professional installation. A little hiccup in the initial scheduling but all worked out. Replaced my 15 year-old GE unit that failed with a new Bradford White 40 gal unit. Happy with results.

General advice, do independent research first. Know and insist on make/model you want, and the price you want to pay, then call these guys for a hassle free professional installation and enjoy your hot water.

I want to give a 10 star review if I could. Joseph showed up bright and early for my emergency and fixed my water heater from pushing out water through the pressure valve.
My dumb a** paid him via Venmo when he told me he accepted Zelle. It was over $1k worth of cash. He could've kept it and not return it, but he was honest and paid it right back. Great and Honest!

‼‼‼TURN AROUND NOW AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY‼‼‼
The owner tried to pretend he did work that he didn't do then when called out on it got really aggressive and started harassing us. He then got his office manager to harass us as well along with many threats when we were just trying to figure out what work was actually done.

He also told us between 8-9am and then tried to gaslight us into thinking we were the ones who got the time wrong despite having text message history on the issue.

When they were harassing us I told the office manager she could talk to me respectfully or not at all and this grown woman decided she couldn't be civilized about it.

I needed to replace my water heater urgently. Joseph immediately responded with a quote and worked with me on the pricing to install a new water heater. Ray and Joseph came early morning on Sunday and finished the work in less than 2 hours. Overall, very satisfied with their service.

I got a very quick response when I submitted my initial request for a quote. They were very responsive to all my questions. Joseph and Ray came out on time, explained what they were going to do and did exactly that. They worked hard on a very hot day and got the job done as efficiently as they could. It was expensive but I think probably reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company for tankless water heater installation.

Water heater started making funny sounds, we first heard it at 6pm in the evening and by 9pm that same evening the new water heater was up and running. Yep - Joseph and Ray are that fast and efficient.
