EHC Heating and Cooling

Had them out to replace thermostat but something wasn't right. When I got home last night my house was 90°!

I called the business and explained something wasn't right because it shouldn't be that hot. This was at 7:30pm. By 8:30 the owner had his tech contact us to come back out. The tech realized he made a mistake while installing the thermostat. Guess what? Mistakes happen!! This company went above & beyond to fix their wrong and did it in the wee hours of the night. I'm very pleased with how they run their business.

I would not trust this person for even a moment. Eros is a complete cheat and would say anything to get the work and the payment and then back out of his words. He even over-charges for work if you are too nice. Not to mention, even his work is of significantly poor quality.
He double-charged for fixing my AC and then told me to call him if I have any issues. When the AC stopped working 2 hours later with the same exact issue (freezing of refrigerant line), he basically said he fixed the AC and there is some other issue and I should call someone else!! When he looked at a 2nd AC, before doing any work, he said he will call to the home warranty company to get approvals, and then backed out with clear lies - saying he called and waited for 45 minutes (not possible because the company mentions "call-back" feature the moment you call them - and then lied again saying he called them and the warranty company doesn't pick up. I called the warranty company right after and they picked up the phone in less than 2 minutes!!
Again, do not trust this person. Any warranty he gives will likely be fake and he will use possible excuses to not show up. Now, I am stuck calling another HVAC company in this 105F heat trying to double-fix the AC's.

BTW: if you try to talk to him about any issue with his work, he will continuously talk loudly and then hang up saying he is too busy. You will not be able to get any word in the conversation! He did that twice with me and when I called him out for being dishonest and taking advantage of nice people, he text messaged "F" word to me. That's the service experience with him.

Again, BEWARE of this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I believe he is buying Yelp reviews by offering partial refunds, like he did for me. I didn't take it because I don't want to deal with him other than dealing legally.

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air in the midst of a heatwave hitting this week, so combined with our low heat tolerance + having a 3 year old who barely gets thru the night as-is, this was something we wanted fixed ASAP.

Called around 15 companies at 7pm on a Friday that were all booked through Monday or needed to put us on a standby list. I called EHC as my 16th try and they said they could be out in an hour.

Once here they quickly diagnosed the issues (bad air filter caused a backup of air which made our system freeze over and kill the gas) in a step-by-step meticulous and logical diagnostic process. It was extremely informative to watch how they tested the system and worked their way into understanding what went wrong and how to mitigate.

They had our system back and running in less than two hours and it's working better than even before it failed. Their cost was extremely fair and their number is now on our fridge as our go-to going forward.

We requested diagnosis service and they were able to come out the next day.
Would recommend to others even just for a diagnosis.
They will message you when they're on their way and the time frame which is always good.
A few things were wrong with our AC unit outside. Ero was able to diagnose what was wrong right away and fix it. He is very informative and knowledgeable.
Their prices seemed low and budget friendly.

This is our go to HVAC repair company from now on. What a fantastic experience.

Our AC went out on a 95 degree day (of course). I sent out a project on Yelp. They responded right away and were able to squeeze us in immediately.

They arrived on time and upon preliminary inspection thought it was one of two possibilities. They provided an estimate that was completely fair. And perhaps for the first time in my experience working with a home repair person, they actually charged us less than the estimate when they discovered it was the easier of the two issues.

I highly recommend them. They were reliable, honest, and very reasonable pricing.

Contacted EHC Heating and Cooling 7-12 regarding Carrier AC Unit that sounded like the compressor was going out. They were able to send someone that same day within 3 hours. Noel was extremely professional and kind and explained everything he was testing. He figured out that the AC unit was actually turning on/off due to previous faulty wiring. He also had all the materials available to performance maintenance on the unit and check the freon levels which were a little low. He was able to charge the freon and showed me a before and after test via the gauges. Noel is great at what he does, and I highly recommend EHC! Thank you, NOEL!

In the middle of this current heatwave our A/C went out. They responded quickly and were able to send Oscar out the same day. He was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fixed it and now we are cool again. Oscar was courteous and competent. I would absolutely recommend these folks for A/C issues.

I called EHC this morning to get an appointment due to my AC no longer blowing cold air. Eros was able to come over in the afternoon and figure out and fix the problem. I was really impressed that I was able to get same day service and that I now have a cool house before the major heatwave this week. I will definitely use this company in the future for any HVAC issues I have in the future.

Noel came at the appointed time and day, diagnosed the problem throughly and gave
me a detailed explanation/description of the situation after he checked both the inside and outside components of my HVAC system. He wrote me an estimate of labor and materials needed and so after my approval proceeded to work on the problem. He delivered the new Outdoor Compressor Unit, and now I have a cool home thanks to Noel.

I had an immediate need for an installation of my thermostat after a handyman couldn't figure it out. Eros came out within an hour of my call, and was able to easily identify the issue and get my system up and running.

Further, I called him the next day for advice on ductwork installation for a rental unit in another part of the state and he was all too happy to answer my questions. Fantastic service for the money, and my go-to company from now on.
