Dan and his team were absolute pros throughout the project.
Dan came multiple times, at my request, to make sure he and my GC are in sync on the scope of the project during the quoting process.
He was extremely fair in price and did not nickel and dime along the way.

We had to remove popcorn from our entire home in Fremont and Dan and team helped us with this. Dan was very professional and easy to work with.

We highly recommend Eisen Environmental & Construction Services. After reviewing three different estimates including Eisen we selected their company. We had about 1,200 square feet of asbestos tiles to remove from our roof. They were timely, efficient and their employees were properly attired given the type of work they were performing. The tiles were secured in air tight bags, then lowered down the side of our house. In our case, there was quite a variation in the estimates received even though the area of removal was well defined (no hidden areas that contained this type of material).

If you are looking for quality as well as price, I would recommend this company.

When we first discovered the new house we were buying had asbestos in the crawl space, we were quite concerned and wanted to make sure it was taken care of properly. We set out to find someone qualified and registered to perform the abatement and during our search we came across Eisen environmental. Dan was able to provide a reasonable quote for both the removal and the subsequent air testing- which was really important to us to make sure there was no particulate matter remaining in or near our ductwork. All work was completed in 1 day and Dan was willing to take photos of the work and provided those same-day as well. We now have peace of mind that our house has no asbestos near our air ducts and that it is a healthy environment for us and our daughter. Thank you Dan and team!

Super professional from start to finish! Can't say enough about the exceptional customer service and communication from Scott. We had them remove asbestos ducting as well as demo all the drywall/ceiling/kitchen for our project. All services were delivered on time and as expected. Highly recommend!

I was surprised that removing a 2-foot duct from exposed drywall, that was easily accessible & could be pulled out from one side, cost $800. Not including air testing, which would have been another couple of hundred bucks. The work was completed very quickly, and there was no need for full containment since it was a localized area. Other asbestos removal companies would have charged at least as much, but I know of no other type of home professional who charges more than $400/hour. This was a small enough area that it could legally have been completed by a contractor without a specific asbestos abatement license, but I went with the pros to err on the side of caution - and for some reason I assumed their price would include air testing and documentation afterwards.

Didn't end up needing a full blown asbestos assessment for the attic situation.

Our organization needed to replace the floor in our 2,000 square foot meeting hall. The flooring company's testing revealed that underneath our floor, there was mastic that contained asbestos, which would need to be removed safely before the floor could be replaced. We contacted four asbestos abatement companies to solicit bids. One company's bid was completely unreasonable, while the three others were in a reasonable price range. Among those three, we chose Eisen Environmental.

We chose Eisen Environmental in part because it is a family-owned, local company. Dan Eisen and his daughter personally came to inspect our building and determine the scope of work.

Dan also offered to go beyond the minimum scope of the job, even to remove a large area of newer flooring that we were replacing (that did not contain asbestos) at no additional charge.

We are so happy that we chose Eisen Environmental. Dan's crew did a thorough, excellent job in a short window of time that accommodated our tight schedule, all at a reasonable price.
