EJ Plumbing was very responsive and came out within a few hours of my call regarding a leaking kitchen faucet and clogged sewer line. They assessed that I needed hydro-jetting of the clogged kitchen to sewer line and a new kitchen faucet. We planned service for the following day when the hydro-jet would be available and I would be able to obtain a new faucet. Jay and Chris were there the next day and able to clear the sewer line from the clean-out in the yard to the street. However, cleaning from the house to the yard clean-out, because of the tight curves of the pipe, required installation of another clean-out point. Jay was able to get the necessary parts and put in the extra clean-out while Chris installed the new kitchen faucet. After inserting the new clean-out point they were able to clean the entire line. Yay! When testing the new faucet the cold water pressure was low. Jay found that a piece of the cold water valve had corroded and clogged the cold water line. He removed the piece and everything seemed okay. However, that evening I again had the problem with low cold water pressure. I called EJ plumbing and they sent Jay and Chris back first thing the next morning which was great. Fixing the cold water flow turned out to be a much bigger job than expected because more corroded pieces of the valve had worked themselves into the faucet which required the entire faucet to be taken apart. The guys stuck with it and didn't leave until the problem was fixed!

EJ responded the same day when I called them for diagnosis to our water heater. Sam came over on time, and figured out what's wrong quickly. The inspection is free and they give clear quote afterwards and allow me to decide on my own without pressure.

When I made the decision to accept their quote, they came back very quickly on the same day too and have it fixed. Shoutout to Sam for his good service and it was a pleasure experience with EJ

Hurrah! The hot water is back on after replacing a failed igniter. I won't have to take another shower at the senior center. :-)

Samuel came out and introduced himself and took off the panel and took a look. Identified the part and they had it in stock and problem solved!

My tankless water heater is from Noritz and I learned of EJ from Noritz so definite A+ for EJ.

We'll be calling EJ again if another plumbing issue arises whether or not it's the Water Heater itself

We first used EJ plumbing service about 2 years ago for a simple problem, it was fixed pretty quick and at a reasonable price. But the experience this time was not as great.

I like that they are a bigger company so they are able to send technicians out pretty quickly. They set a window and communicate when the technician is on the way, however the appointment window is 4 hours, which I think it's a big window to hang around and wait.

Within the last 10 days, we have used EJ service twice and our technician for both times was Jairo. At first he seems to be a nice guy, very polite, seems to know what he was doing and pretty professional. BUT, both time he came to fix the issues, there was always a leak that made him have to come back the next day. It was quite frustrating to have this happen twice in a row. I have to wait around to have something fixed that was caused by their job not done properly. And when I called at 4.40pm (they closed at 6pm), the lady said they wouldn't send a technician out until late next morning. I would understand if I needed help with a problem I have from my end, but not for the one that caused by their fault.

Not sure if we will use their service again. Probably if we really needed something in a short notice. Either way, I think I will ask for someone who is not Jairo. I feel it's a bit too much to be a coincident.

Antonio came out to replace a bathroom faucet. He was on time, explained everything that needed to be done, and was friendly and professional. We had a bit of a tough situation in that a previous contractor cemented our pedestal sink to the floor, so Antonio couldn't move the pedestal to easily get to the pipes. It was a tight squeeze to access everything, but Antonio worked his way through the issue with no complaints. Excellent work. EJ Home services was also great at keeping us posted on arrival times, etc. Not the least expensive company in town but overall a very professional company, and I highly recommend them.

Bruce was absolutely incredible. Our challenge was two-fold. We had a faulty supply line in one bathroom sink, and then we had a wobbly toilet in a different bathroom.

We called around to several plumbing companies and EJ Plumbing was immediately responsive and we were able to book an appointment within a day.

On appointment day, this was done as a consultation. Evaluate our situation and then offer the appropriate guidance on what to do to solve it.

Turns out, Bruce was able to determine exactly what was needed, he even phoned a few other colleagues in the area to see if they might be available to help knock this out on the same day.

Lucky for us, Bruce was very clear on the cost estimates, let us know that some team members were in the area and could come by to help. We agreed.

couldn't even provide a simple estimate for Ring Doorbell installation, insisted on sending someone in person to check out the doorbell - hello is just a doorbell & a simple installation. So they are either incompetent or tried to rip us for in person service call - WTF:(
