Needed a service call to check out why several recessed lights were flickering. Living in a coop that requires licensed electricians who are insured and have a covid safety plan, it was difficult to find one that was willing/able to provide these documents. Rich patiently worked with us to get everything in order and was responsive via email.

Onto the work itself, rich was able to find and resolve the issue without having to open up the walls (fortunately). While he was here, he also took at other issues we were having and fixed that as well.

Would recommend and will save his contacts in case we need an electrician again!

Richie and his team, Johnny and Pablo were awesome. They came and assessed the problem and scheduled a time to do the repairs but called me days ahead the following day to ask if I would be available.

Johnny and Pablo were attentive and assured me that they would be able to address the issue. They absolutely did and made sure everything was functioning properly and called me for a follow-up to ensure everything was working.

This was the best experience I've ever had with an electrician. To begin, my contractor tried to assemble and install a sauna for me. This is something I've saved up for and dreamt of for years! Sadly he was not prepared for the requirements and not only botched the assembly, he threw away the control panel, wired the heater into an external outlet, nothing worked and then didn't show back up to fix it.

RICH TO THE RESCUE. He came the same day I called to assess the situation, he provided a detailed quote, he explained each step, he made a date for the work (2 days later!) and then showed up on time and did everything to perfection. We even added on an outdoor fan hook-up which he took care of as well. The work is immaculate, he kept us posted at each stage, and was just a total pro.

Needed a new outlet installed in a kitchen. Richard came to evaluate and quoted a fair price. His workers came on time did a quick and neat job and left no mess at all. Plus, they were really nice men; personable and respectful. I am pleased with the work and the experience. I will use them again, and recommend their work.

Richie is very kind and communicative! He came and looked at any and all possible problems when it came to a line in our house that was not working. He took his time and answered all of my questions. He was able to bring the lights back into all rooms! I highly recommend him as he gets to the source and solves the problem quickly. Once again Rich and his crew saved the day. While preparing to sell the house, we had one inspection issue that needed to be fixed before sale (GFI outlet outdoor). Rich sent his crew over same day and fixed the issue. He sent them back the following day to replace older pipe just to make it look pretty for the pre closing inspection.

Their attention to detail and pride of workmanship is stellar. Pablo and Johnny are amazing guys to work with. They are friendly, respectful and clean.

Richie was great. Gave a professional and REASONABLE quote, has a license, had business cards, had insurance; he was legitimate.

He installed a Tesla wall charger for me on my building a couple of days after accepting quote. Despite a little hiccup it went smooth. He even has guys that patch and paint after the electrical job is done. Took him 3 hours. Very professional, very responsive; would highly recommend him. He's got a good team.

i was in need of a honest electrician to do some repairs at one of my apts in astoria that needed lights in bedroom and foyer as required by law or i assume it was but the nice honest electrician told me that its not about repairing but to connect the power as bedroom and foyer had absolutely no wiring, no sockets , no power , no nothing .wow this is going to cost me a ugly penny but no no no , nyc queens electrician guys did the job in one day and cost was reasonable and now there is lights on without heavy halogen light stands in the foyer and bedroom. they also checked the other outlets and circuit box to make sure all is well and all is well and now the city inspector can kick rocks cause all is up to city standard . i usually dont give 5 stars yelp reviews but nyc queens electricians deserves it.
