Eleney Electric

After having electrical work in our building completed by several companies, all highly rated on Yelp, we have concluded that Eleney Electric is the best fit for us.

Their electricians are masters at upgrading the electrical wiring, switches, outlets and panels in old San Francisco buildings like ours. They can get into tight attic spaces, and are geniuses when it comes to minimizing hole cutting of walls and ceilings to install new wiring and fixtures.

Their pricing is very reasonable, they work very fast, and they avoid doing any more work than necessary, helping us stay within our limited budget.

Fearghal is the best! He helped me fix some lighting - he first helped me figure out over text and a phone call what the solution should be, then made sure I ordered the right parts by sending me the Amazon links, then came over to install it all.

That wasn't all. On his way out, I mentioned that a part of a lamp in my apartment had come loose. He took a look and said he'd think about what a good solution was - this wasn't part of his job, but he just offered to think on my behalf. He then texted me to tell me he had a solution and came back FREE OF CHARGE. He brought a tool with him that fixed my lamp, and he said he was happy to help.

I'm a fan for life.

I called Eleney Electric over the weekend with a small project at my home. OMG, I thought he was amazing. He has a great talent for troubleshooting and explaining to someone who doesn't know anything about electrical work what is going on and what my various options are. He figured things out so fast (some which were so simple I could kick myself). Example, our motion sensor outside is not working because water leaked in it. Someone else had told me it's the wiring that was bad. I am very glad to have found him on yelp!

I manage two rental houses with several apartments and have an old house myself - always needing an electrician for something. The one-man operation of Fearghal McEleney aka Eleney Electric is superb: on time, knows his stuff, reasonable priced, an intelligent and friendly guy who goes the extra mile to make customers happy.

I have used his expertise for a few years now and just sent him over to see new tenants to fix a faulty switch. I came by later to check with the tenant and she could not stop telling me how great he was - not only did he fix the switch, he figured out what was wrong with the downstairs track lighting (and fixed it), and then showed the new tenant how to use the front door lock system. Fearghal is an excellent reliable electrician! I have used him many times for my business and we are now using him for our dental office. Not only he can do all the complicated electrical work he can also do low voltage data drops in offices. He networked our entire dental office without any issues. I love Eleney Electric!! BTW Fearghal is also a super nice guy!
