Elevated Comfort

We have used elevated comfort for two years now. Yesterday we had our water heater and AC serviced. Two separate techs came out and did a great job! They were both on time, super professional, kind, explained everything and were affordable.

We will continue to use elevated comfort!

After having them install AC to my home, they offered a complementary hot water heater flushing, and check up. Jose was very professional and thorough in his work with the hot water heater. Absolute life savers! Super quick response, incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Did not try to tack on unnecessary prices but comfortably makes you aware of potential upgrades. Super chill about getting price quotes. Really thankful for their help today especially because I have a lot of old and special needs rescue animals and it was going to be 100 degrees tomorrow.

I will start off by saying we did not use there services at this time... however I really couldn't have better things to say about the service I received.

Our Furnace went out this winter and I shop around, a lot, too much... I got 7 quotes but if the "service" i received was to be Rated Josh and Elevated was number 1 by far.

Because of service time windows I had two HVAC vendors show up at the same time. Josh introduced himself then stated he would wait till the first vendor was done. He wasn't annoyed he was super kind and professional. Josh was a straight shooter, I was really really impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and honest opinion.

Now why didn't we use them? Well, we ended up going a bit of a different direction and built out our system in a way that another vendor was a better option this time. It was a much harder decision than one could imagine simply based on the amazing service we received from elevated!

I've used Elevated comfort several times now and always a great experience. They installed our heat pump system a few weeks ago and everything was flawless from the estimate to the financing to the install. Everyone was great! We also signed up to have them service our aging water heater, which we knew was on the way out, and Max walked us through all the options, in detail and gave us an estimate, which was much less than we received before. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and I have.
