Mike L.San Jose, CA13545Aug 19, 2024I used this lot for overnight storage of a moving truck because the truck was full and I was in a jam. It was hella expensive but better than getting burgled and losing all my wordly possessions. Better than sleeping inside the box all night to guard my stuff. Better than driving to the suburbs and returning to SF in the morning as that would have cost a mint in mileage. Took a while to find a place that would take a box truck, but when I got there I was never so glad to see barbed wire in my life.

This is one of the only places available that is a flat lot (not garage) which feels reasonably secure, even though it has a tent community set up on the street next to it. The rates on the Yelp pop up are either outdated or our rate for an oversize overnight was jacked up because of our Nevada license plates. It was $60 for overnight, plus an extra $20 for being a couple hours later picking it up in the morning than we estimated. Also, on the weekends it opens at 8:00a, not 7:00a like lo says on the sign.

Typically, depending on the size of oversize vehicles, there can be a difference in pricing by $15-$20. This is all based on how much room the vehicle takes up. We apologize this was not made clear on our account. We’ve gone ahead and fixed this to avoid any future misunderstanding.
