Easily the best auto repair station I've ever visited. Sonny is an incredibly friendly man and has always been very transparent with what he's going to fix. Every time I've brought my car in, he talks me through the possible causes, and then shows me physically where in the car those problems could be located, etc. The pricing is fair, and the student discount is nice as well! Would give ten stars if I could

And the owner of the shop Fatima communicates any issues and recommendations, she gives you many options and discounts that fit your budget and go beyond for their customers! Fatima, the new owner, did an excellent job in having our old Prius fixed. The car is now running great. The car was fixed for a reasonable price. It was easy to communicate with her. She was always polite and available to explain what needed to be fixed. Finally, they delivered the car to our home, a nice final touch for an excellent customer service

TLDR: I'm very impressed with this shop's honesty and frankness about whether a repair is necessary.

I came in after having gone through a pothole that left part of the undercarriage dangling. They pulled it out with a broom and said it was not a necessary part. They said it would be a waste of time and money for me to get it repaired. I ended up asking them to look into the cost and may still get it repaired, but it impressed me that he was so forthright about that.

Very honest and fast service every time I've been. Not being from the area, we had trouble finding a place we truly trusted. This feels like the place! Nice people and just such good service!

I recently visited Elite Auto Performance for car repairs and was thoroughly impressed. The mechanic quickly identified the underlying issue causing a weird, halting, screeching noise from the front. They also discovered additional problems, like a frayed serpentine belt due to a headlight cap falling off and grinding against it. They were very honest about what needed repairs compared to what probably didn't. This level of forthrightness is so important for repair shops.

Communication about repair status was excellent, even when delays occurred due to the mechanic's personal emergency or Eid holiday. Elite Auto Performance was flexible with pricing and accommodated extended car stays.

TLDR; The mechanic is dishonest and I got separate inspections from 2 other mechanics to verify.

I came here to replace my brakes. Immediately afterwards, my car was making loud helicopter-like sounds anytime I exceeded 30 mph. I brought my car back for inspection and they said the problem was completely unrelated to their work and it was a 'coincidental' problem with my wheel bearings. They quoted me over $500 to fix it.

The whole situation was fishy, so I declined additional service. The moment I drove off, the sound was gone. Perhaps the mechanic had installed the brakes wrong and had corrected it upon inspection. Afterwards, I got separate inspections from 2 other mechanics and they both said my wheel bearings were completely fine.

I came in without calling ahead to get a bulb replaced and get some weird engine vibrations checked out. Sonny was luckily able to help me on the spot and after I explained that it's my first car, was really kind to explain what was going on to me. Price was incredibly affordable, and I'll definitely be going back!

This place used to amazing. It has a new owner and staff now and it's the worst. They charged me $80 just to look at the car and give their opinion on what was wrong. I used to do all our car work here, but finding a new place now. It is not the same anymore.

Oh my goodness!! Thanks to everyone who provided positive reviews for this auto service shop! I scheduled a 55k mile service for my car, which was essentially an oil change, plus a safety inspection. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was told it would likely be done within 1/2 hour(!). With such a short time frame, rather than walk home, I popped over to Starbucks for a coffee. Sonny called before I even finished my coffee to let me know my car was ready. When I picked up my car, I mentioned that the battery for my key fob needed to be replaced. He ordered a new battery and called me within an hour(!) to let me know that it had arrived. There's something magical about this place in which they warp time!! Anyway, I'm super happy to have found this place and will definitely bring my car in for all future service!
