Elite Bay Area Termite Control

We've worked with other pest control companies who have been good, but I have to say that Elite is more responsive and reliable.

We asked for a general inspection on a property and were not given a hard sell on any aspect. We chose to proceed with part of the project and were really pleased at the fact that we weren't given a four-hour window for their team to arrive. They showed up on time, and finished the project promptly.

We would recommend and use them again.

Found termite poop and needed to get someone out ASAP.

Inspector: Derick was very helpful and genuine. (Orkin's inspector squeezed me in on 4/5 somehow and was also very nice).

Price: Full Tent Fume was about the same price, but for work directly on infested area EBATC was $200 cheaper!!

Service: EBATC said 1:30pm, they were here 1:20pm. The two guys were very nice and helpful

Overall: Highly recommend EBATC, they really did a great job so far... let you know in 1 week if they killed the termites!

We had Elite Termite Control out to inspect for termites after receiving a vague, expensive inspection from another company. It was easy to get in touch with someone; Kim answered my questions and scheduled the free inspection. Jason was fantastic - he was punctual, friendly, and patient. He did a thorough inspection and explained everything to me. It turns out we did NOT need to tent because there was not an active infestation under the house as per the previous inspection. He came out the next day to do a local treatment of the few problem areas. The invoicing process was extremely easy and transparent as well. Highly recommend their services!

Jason did an amazing job first eradicating out termites.

They came back one year later under warranty and found just one small spot that they had to fix for free.

I requested Derick Bayot to come out regarding carpenter ants. He gave a very cost-effective suggestion to get the situation under control. He also knows about other types of pest control. He was exactly on time and very knowledgeable!

Contacted EBAT for an inspection of my home after spotting a few termites (albeit dead ones) around my windows.

Derick, their field rep, was outstanding -- very down-to-earth and knowledgable. He clearly explained their process, what they can and can't do (due to house codes in my area) and was very honest about my options and pricing. I never felt pressured during my entire time with him. In the end, it turned out my issue was not serious, and he gave me invaluable info on how to protect my home from termites and what signs to look out for if I have an infestation that needs immediate attention.
