Elite construction Corp is the best in the business when it comes to dry rot repairs. Competitive pricing, but most importantly they take there job seriously & get the job done right the first time around. We passed our pest inspection with flying colors after all repairs were completed by Elite. The inspector himself even commented on the quality of the work & said it looked like a very very clean job.

This company cant even get their appointments and schedules correct, Id be weary of their work or prices. Scheduled and appointment, received a written email response stating the appointment time and date. They requested that I fill out an additional form of standardized information (address,email,etc) which I provided. Then the morning of the appointment I receive another email claiming" Unfortunately due to no response/confirmation, the estimate has been cancelled. Let me know if you would like to reschedule.
Best regards" Very unprofessional, will definitely reach out to another company that at least can make their own appointment times that they promise.

Their crew came out and took care of the rot, built me an overhang above my doors and painted. Friendly, professional and the completion is better than thought. Elite did an excellent job on mine and my husband's house in Fall 2022. Our 1912 home had a lot of exterior dry rot on the original redwood siding which we hired Elite to replace. They worked with us to order custom milled siding to match the original which was a must for our home. Elite also rebuilt the front and back exterior stairs and deck, working with us to follow my design drawings. Admittedly, we are very particular with design and construction details but Elite was very accommodating and communicative with us the entire job. They also rebuilt our front yard fence and painted the house and fence. Everything turned out great! Thank you Elite!

The posts holding up our balcony needed to be replaced. Elite Construction responded to my request immediately. Danill came out and gave me an estimate. None of the other companies I contacted gave me an estimate. I signed the contact with Elite and scheduled a date to do the work. Serge and Igor arrived at the scheduled time and completed the job in about 4 hours including painting. The work was excellent. They were professional and cleaned up. I would not hesitate to hire Elite again.

We are absolutely satisfied with the workmanship and service the team provided. We can't believe what a difference a new coat of paint and an updated color scheme made to our home. But that wasn't all they did. We asked them to repair the dry rot along part of our roof line and repair our side door frame in addition to painting all of the trim and front of the house. Kirill did a great job setting up our project and Eduardo and his assistant did an excellent job fulfilling our requests. We highly recommend Elite Construction.

Worked with Kirill to setup the job. Kirill was responsive, straightforward, communicative about the process, and very friendly. Kirill came out did a full walkthrough of the job and gave lots of helpful information. Kirill even suggested taking care of damage on our house that I didn't even know about. We got on the schedule quickly. The crew came out and started the work. Kirill stopped by all along the way to communicate what was happening and to check on us to see if we had questions. It was really a wonderful end to end experience. They did quality work and ensured everything was clean and we were satisfied with the work. Will absolutely use Elite Construction and Remodel again!

Elite responded quickly to my request for a quote and a crew showed up every day until the job was done. Some hidden damage was found and I was given a fair quote for the added scope and inexpensive solutions were offered. Would recommend.

I needed some cedar shingle siding, trim, and porch floor boards repaired on my 110+ year old house. My house was also over due for painting. Kirill at Elite got us taken care of. The price was slightly higher than going with separate contractors that I met with. However, I had more confidence in Elite to do the repairs in like materials and maintain the design of the original house. They did a great job. Kirill provided us with excellent customer service. Daniel and Elea, the work crew leads, were friendly, professional, skilled in their trade, easy to talk to, and kept work progressing throughout the day. No one hung out smoking while others worked. They came to work and so they did. As a non-smoker, I really appreciated that. While we did have a couple of hiccups, Kirill made it right completely to our satisfaction.
