Joseph is a gem! When I first reached out he made my pest issues a priority and came to do an in person free inspection the next day. He really listened, did a thorough review of the space, and helped research when we came upon a mysterious insect. Definitely recommend reaching out to Joseph if you're running into any pest issues!

I never used an exterminator before but needed one badly for a rat infestation that I had no luck in dealing with myself. I was contacted by lots of companies when asking for a quote but each of them had horror reviews of getting ripped off or other. Price was they all seem about the same. Just picking one was as stressful as the problem itself. After a day to think it over and praying for the correct one to pick a new quote came in the morning from Elite. Reviews were all excellent and Joe lives up to all of them.

He is responsive, knowledgeable and a joy to do business with. He went above and beyond for both me and my neighbor who used him for this purpose. Price was reasonable and service was great. We caught 2 so far and hopefully there won't be anymore but I will continue to use Elite because they are that good. I trust Joe with whatever he recommends as he proved himself well and did things I would not have thought of without an expert.

There may be other good companies out there. But I find Joe very trustworthy and that makes all the difference.

Joe is an exceptional human being who happens to be the quintessential expert in exclusion, proofing, sealing and taking proactive measures to control any issues you may be having with unexpected vermin, wasps, ticks, spiders, bee removal, mites, bugs, preventative strategies, termites and bedbugs- just to name a few subjects. Given construction in this shrinking and mismanaged city, one may face unprecedented issues. Nobody seems to care about how their egotistical actions may affect people who just want to live in peace and quiet. Enter Joseph, a lovely gentleman whose integrity is intact. He thinks collectively and takes care of you with very reasonable prices, transparency and a wealth of knowledge that he shares in a manner that is humble and never pedantic. His wisdom is extraordinary and his charming and delightful conversational skills inspire. You immediately feel comfortable and end up asking questions whose responses serve to assuage any concerns or anxiety. There are some persons who seem to incarnate the palpable manifestations of powerful guardian angels. These are the individuals who give you a sense of how easily challenges can be surmounted if you let go and trust. With Joseph from Elite Exterminating, that evasively rare process is easy.

Please allow me to take a moment of your time to share my incredibly positive experience with you. More important - I'm sharing this with you all, because I feel as an Emergency Room Physician, its important to understand how serious the problem I had was and how critical it is to get appropriate, competent and caring services/assistance to mitigate and eliminate the "situation".

I've been living in my CoOp for over 3 years; never had an issue. Sometime in early May - CoOp advises me that they must enter my unit to "change a pipe" - Apparently, this is an emergency - as a problem was found in an adjoining unit. About 7-10 days after this emergency repair was made - marks the start of all my troubles. I work overnights in the ER; my schedule is erratic - Early one more morning (in the middle of the night) - I saw the unthinkable - a nasty disgusting mouse - zipped before my eyes. Honestly, I was embarrassed, and I was truly in denial. I don't have time for this! I didn't believe what I was seeing! Why/How could this happen to me in my brand-new completely remodeled Co-Op?

I quickly learned from my Cleaning Lady (who conveniently neglected to tell me about all the mouse droppings she found @ her last visit - under the couch) about what was going on. I wasn't delusional - Weeks into this, @ this point - I was dealing with a full-on mice infestation. My Fiancé literally lost it and refused to come and visit me anymore. Why me G-d?
Like the "Schmuck" I am I thought I could mitigate this issue by watching some YouTube Videos and picking up various contraptions, traps and items up from Amazon, Home Depot & Lowes. Big mistake/waste of resources (Time, Money & Effort) - these "Mofo's" were simply too sophisticated for my attempt and eliminating them.

My "Issue" made me increasingly anxious and uneasy; I was truly rapidly losing control over my home. I felt violated and victimized by these vermin! Trying to make it through my typical grueling work weeks, I watched this problem get worse. My Fiancé demanded that I bring a professional in! No question - we needed help. I reached out to my CoOp who sent a very lovely gentleman that was just unable to solve this issue. I had already survived COVID-19 a year ago; now I wasn't looking to get taken out by hantavirus, leptospirosis, lymphocytic choriomeningitis, Tularemia or Salmonella. If you think I'm being dramatic or funny - I seriously suggest you think further; - This is not a joke. Rodents and rodent droppings carry these diseases! These diseases can end your life! 10 Days in the ICU was enough for me!

I surrendered and like always I give things 110% and insist on doing my due diligence. I can't stand being wasteful and having my time wasted by fools and charlatans. Reluctantly, I set off to find a "Sub Specialist" - someone competent and who I could trust to mitigate this problem efficiently, safely, effectively and fairly ($).

Enter "Joe" - "My Savior" - Joe / Elite Exterminating - My Fiancé and I thank you for allowing us to take back control of our home! Your Yelp Reviews were literally - no questions asked - "Spot On" - 100% Accurate! You are truly exceptional and went 110% above and beyond the call of duty for me.
So, the question remains, why did I pick "Joe" and Elite Exterminating? Joe answered my call for help immediately; he could sense from my voice, the severity of the situation and the torment that this was causing me. Working around my unpredictable schedule - Joe arranged a "Consultation" via Facetime - Free of Charge; Which lasted over 90 Minutes. Turns out we had a few mutual friends (fellow medical professionals) and apparently, I frequent several Kosher and Non-Kosher restaurants which Elite Exterminating services/maintains.

Joe is extremely courteous and respectful; he arrived on-time and was masked up - in accordance with social distancing etiquette. Joe gave me 110% and literally prudently scrutinized every aspect of my home. He identified and sealed countless entry/access points where these "communicable disease spreading monsters" were sneaking in. Joe even found possible entry points outside of my CoOp and helped mitigate this issue as well. Joe safely and carefully applied chemicals to specific areas of my home. He made recommendations of further actions that I would need to take. He even was kind enough to refer me on to a reliable contractor who could help me further. Most important - Joe respected me and respected my time.

As a Physician I am all to often asked to refer patients to specialists and sub-specialists. Joe and Elite Exterminating will certainly be a sub-specialist that I can confidently refer others on too. Joseph was on top of his game from the first moment we connected. He didn't jump ahead to a "one-size-fits-all" solution, but talked about specifically what type of problem I was having. He was fantastic with his communication, easy to understand, and overall great to work with. Above that, the work that he has done has been exceptional!

I've had problems for years, and Elite Exterminating has confidently fixed my problem at long last! I haven't seen a moth in months - just amazing.

I highly recommend Elite Exterminating for any home owner. I explained my issue and not only was Joseph a gentleman and a scholar, he thoroughly went over the property and I haven't had a problem since.

So I basically never leave reviews but here's my experience with Elite Exterminating:

I noticed some rodent activity at my place. I called around 6pm, Joe picks up and says he can be there tonight to check it out. Comes to my house by 8pm (he's already worked a long day), and proceeds to room by room, hole by hole, show me where problems spots could be, and how to fix them myself with a quick trip to Home Depot. He's asked for nothing (free estimate) in return, but said if those steps didn't work then we could look at traps and poisons. I recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, thorough exterminator.
