Shout out to tech Sonny, who installed some great fixtures and then helped diagnose a tricky issue with the water heater. He was keen on making sure the problem was solved for good. EG Plumbing always has my back!

I called them cause I had the floater in my toilet break and it was one this old systems that is not used anymore. To makes things worst I could not turn the water off cause the valve handle to faucet broke also. At first the they said all their techs were busy and can get someone next day. But lucky they had a cancellation so they send their tech who was there in 45 mins. Techs name John came another trainee tech and they explain when they were going to do and were done in less 40 mins. Cost $245 for new flow system and faucet. Good customer service. Good response time.

First time using this company. I was able to get a quote over the phone after sending some pictures of our existing unit. This process made it so easy and painless. James, our technician, did an excellent job installing a new water heater. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. High quality work at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

I had asked them several times for plumbing issues, and the newest call was for home A/C.
I thought their A/C business was performed by a subcontractor because I saw a different business' name in appointment notice, anyway they did another good job on fixing my A/C problem during the serious heat wave season.

Their services are fast, comfortable and reliable. Although I worked with different vendor when my old A/C breaks 2nd time and needs to replace whole system, I still think Elk Grove Plumbing is a good helper for expedite or urgent service.

We called Elk Grove Plumbing & Air to get a quote for a new HVAC and the technician Elijah Treadwell was very nice, respectful and professional that we will be having them install a new HVAC!!
