Elvin - Friendly Mac/PC Repair

Elvin breathed new life into my overheating 2013 MBP! It runs like new, it's a lot cooler/faster now. He came over to my place and took care of it on the spot when other places wanted me to bring it in and keep it for days. He is highly responsive, and got it done before other vendors even returned my calls. He also kept himself available with some follow up questions I had, even after hours. New battery, fresh thermal paste on the chips, clearing out all the dust, istat temperatures dropped from 170F to 130F and sometimes drop even cooler. Because it's not overheating, the fan doesn't come on nearly as often, and the cpu is no longer throttling it's self down to slower clock speeds to keep its self from burning up. One tip I would suggest, if you're doing a battery service, be sure to arrange with Elvin for the part to be ordered and have ready in advance for smoothest experience. I know NOTHING about setting up computers. Elvin made himself available at my schedule, which meant he works to me. He was great with my dogs, and he really knew what he was doing. I had a brand new computer that was not responsive and he got it working within a matter of a half an hour, tops. More impressively, when I contacted him about not being able to get my printer on the wireless network, he was able to get that up and working days after he had come to my house and didn't even charge me for that assist. Will recommend him to everyone I work with. He's awesome!
