Ervin came out to do an exterior detail called the Prince package on my 2016 Honda Accord,

He was quick and very thorough. Great communication throughout the entire process.

Called and texted on a Friday. Didn't get a response until Saturday.

Asked for the Prince Elite package. I have a smaller 2-door coupe and the sedan price is $300 on their website.

Martha immediately tried to rip me off and quoted $330 without any reasonable justification. They said it is because I have a "dark interior" and the "condition" of the car, it is an extra $65 but willing to "discount $35". Pics attached.

Sorry, won't be doing business with greedy people who lack integrity.


Edit: I will not be removing this review. Everything I said in here is 100% factual and future customers should be warned. I was quoted a price higher than what is listed in your website. Is it because I drive a BMW? Is it because my car is excessively dirty? The pictures say otherwise. And there is nothing in your menu that says prices increase because of car conditions.

Highly recommended!! This was my first-ever auto detailing experience and I am IMPRESSED. We've used this car for 6 years of messy outdoors/camping/roadtrip/festival experiences and after a chocolate milkshake spill and a break-in, I decided it was finally time to explore this mysterious world of auto detailing. Martha was very fast and easy to communicate with via text, and Marco arrived close to the start of the arrival time window. He was kind, professional, and made the interior of our car look like new again!! I didn't even know that was possible! Martha quoted me $280 for a complete interior detail of our Subaru Forester, and that is what it ended up costing, which was a little bit more than what others had quoted me, but I decided to go with Elton because of the overwhelming positive reviews and Martha's stellar and clear communication. Marco spent about 3.5hours working on our car, which was longer than the 2-3hrs he estimated, but we I'm not surprised it took longer since our car was such a mess! Thank you!!!

Ervin did a phenomenal job on my vehicle and made it look brand new. We have kids and a dog and you wouldn't be able to tell by the way he cleaned the interior. I could not find a single piece of dog hair inside and those of you that have a Tesla with that felt material knows how difficult it is to remove dog hairs. The communication with Martha to set up the appointment was great and I'd love to utilize their services in the future!

I'm a return customer. My in laws asked if I replaced the car today. It is flawless.

Amazing detail everywhere - Marco does a terrific job

Everything was an absolute BREEZE, from requesting services, sending a couple pictures, getting an estimate, and then getting service the very next day. I haven't cleaned my car since 2018, 2 babies from newborn to 5 and 2 now. There were unidentifiable spills under all the seats and crumbs from a thousand snacks and meals wedged in every nook and cranny. (Not to mention the sand from multiple beach trips and a recently spilled large smoothie that pushed me over the edge lol!)

3 hours and a team of two later and my car could be BRAND NEW!! Martha was SO responsive from start to finish and Marco and Ervin did an Absolutely INCREDIBLE job. I can't believe that's my car and not a rental car!!

10/10 highly recommend and will not wait another 5 years to use their services again!

Best detailing service I've ever received, mobile or otherwise. I've used Elyon for at least 3 jobs and they've always been on time and completed the job within their quoted timeframe. Marco has always shown professionalism and has always done a fantastic job for me. Martha handles the customer service and she is on point.
