Emberwest Fireplace & Patio

Bought an outdoor fireplace and BBQ from these guys. Extremely helpful throughout the process including after when I needed some help completing fireplace install. Will definitely be doing business with them again and cannot recommend them enough.

Purchased a gas insert with Aaron's helpful input (we decided against a electrical insert). Our chimney wall was remodeled with the insert going in last. Aaron made sure the contractor had all the specifications in place prior to the install. The Jamies arrived and the wee done in two hours. Both were professional and very pleasant. We purged the gas line (took 40 minutes) and the pilot light then ignited and followed the recommended burn-in period of 5 hrs. It was wonderful working with the entire crew from Ember West.

EmberWest provided great customer service and a quick response to a lighting issue I was having with my gas log insert right before Christmas! They fixed my issue immediately and I was able to have a lovely fire going for hosting Christmas morning at my home. I'll definitely be using them for any future repairs or fireplace work I may need!!

They installed our gas fireplace last year and did a beautiful job. The guy who came out was super nice, respectful of our home, and overall a genuine pleasure to interact with. This morning we called them because our son had broken our fireplace remote and we couldn't get the replacement remote to work. Despite being heavily booked out, they squeezed in a 5 minute visit today to pair our new remote for us, free of charge. I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but they've earned a good one for me.

Tried for several days to schedule a service appointment. Was told twice they would call me back; they never did.
This is really not complicated; call back when you can if you are busy. How much effort does that take, even if it takes a day or two. Still waiting.

Bought a $10,000 fireplace insert from this company. Very helpful and attentive when they were selling it to me.

After the purchase, customer service not so great. would not use this place again. Took 3 days to get a call back. Issue with battery back and got 3 different answers from 3 different people. After spending this kind of money, I expected more help. Contractor is using our remodeled home as a showcase to potential customers. I will not recommend using this company to any people who come to review the remodel.

I've had a virgin fireplace with no logs and no idea if it works. Aaron helped me determine if I wanted electric or fake logs. He's not pushy like a sales guy either. Fake logs using gas won out. Since we already had the gas hookup, all they needed to do was add the logs and adjust the gas line in the fireplace. It looks completely amazing and I'm so happy that my office will have natural heat now. I love having a warm fire!! Thank you and your worker Jamie (name?) for helping. It looks and feels amazing. Highly recommend them.

Ember West Fireplace and Patio on Union in Campbell, is the best! During this power outage February 2024, they went above and beyond expectations when Mike Rose, general manager, drove to my house on that stormy Sunday night to fix the fireplace insert so that we had heat!

Ember West Fireplace and Patio, after much research, was where I purchased my gas fireplace insert in December 2019. I was super pleased with their product and service. Anytime I want a fire, I just pick up the control unit and I have a controlled fire and heat to whatever degree I desire. When the power outage hit us on Sunday morning before the heat had even come on in my house, we could not get the fireplace to heat manually. We changed the batteries but still no fire. Sunday night at 7 p.m. I called Ember West to leave a message for when they opened on Monday morning. However, about 7:15 pm Mike Rose, the general manager returned my call. He was monitoring his phone and would immediately come to my house to fix my fireplace! This was a stormy Sunday night! He arrived about 7:30 pm. My street was really dark. With flashlights he took off the fireplace screen, replaced the battery pack, checked to be sure everything was working as it should be. My fireplace insert was fixed and quickly warming my living room. The kindness, professionalism and skill is much appreciated. Mike Rose and Ember West are my heroes! What great examples of giving to the community.

Made a service appointment with Jamie over the phone. He showed up on time, very professional - even though I was running late with kiddo pickup. Cleaned our gas fireplace (even gave us some pretty ember rocks), installed a remote starter and got it running great!

He waited until my husband came home so he could give him a tutorial on how to operate everything correctly. Recommended a chimney sweep for our wood burning fireplace. Super helpful, polite & professional. Easy to work with & not pushy at all with upselling. Just let us know what our options were.

Absolutely fantastic! I called looking for an outdoor fire pit repair company and although they don't offer that service the gentleman I spoke to took a great deal of time to help me out and explain to me what's going on and who I need to call. Quite frankly I was blown away that he took the all that time to do this seeing as how it wouldn't give him any business. ...although now, if I ever need anything that he sells I'm going straight to them! Highly recommended!

Jamie Geoffroy from EmberWest came out to service our 9 year old gas fireplace. He arrived right on time and was very informative. He showed me everything that I need to do to keep my fireplace up and running. He cleaned everything and it looks like new! We will definitely be requesting him in the future if we need anything.
