Emerald Auto & Brake

Did a full front brake replacement (pads, sensors, etc) and was a very seamless experience. I made an appointment about two weeks ago, dropped it off on the day of the appointment, and picked it up at the end of the day. Quote they gave was $400 and I paid just around that, $425. Clear communication, easy process, would definitely come back and recommend.

My Subaru side mirror popped off of my car today and I popped by Emerald for help reattaching it.

While it took me half an hour to unsuccessfully semi-reattach it, they immediately dropped everything and reattached it for free. It took the Emerald employee about 5 minutes of effort and he didn't request payment and was friendly even though my fix was so silly.

I've gotten many recommendations to come here from neighbors and now I see why -- friendly, responsive, and helpful. Thank you!

I sadly hit a pot hole and jammed a large bolt into my tire leaving my first job on to my second shift. In a panic and stressed about time I stopped my Emerald's since it's down the street from my house. Assuming the worse I pulled up, hoped out of the car, and asked if there is any space for my car to be looked at. Immediately the problem was diagnosed and found a large bolt in my front wheel. The technician patched my wheel in 10 minutes and was sent on my way.

I can not thank them enough, truly saved the day and saved my self from having a stage 5 mental break down.

Do yourself a favor and deal with the local experts.

Gary helped us repair our 2007 Hyundai Elantra. He was super professional, thorough, chill, and went above and beyond at a more than fair price. Would absolutely go back to Emerald auto if our car needs fixing in the future :)

we need more shops like this. i bring all types of vehicles here for servicing from trucks, 4x4s, hybrids, performance sedans and wagons.

My brakes were shot out -- I was surprised when going to get my car while getting gas. I called to see when they could get me in and they were able to slot me in the next morning. I had it towed over (they knew I needed a solution fast and could have gouged me) and they quoted me a fair price and had it done end of day. Highly recommend.

I had a major engine problem (water pump and thermostat)
