Encore Suite

I feel like a King! This is a fancy lounge and I'm glad I had the chance to experience it. Probably one of the swankiest lounges I have ever seen. When I was walked in I was greeted by two lovely host that coat checked my jacket. The server then showed me to my seat before I set off for the Buffet. And boy was the food good! They had the biggest garlic butter prawns I have ever seen along with Turkey, Schnitzel, a sushi bar and the tastiest icecream I have ever had. I could not believe how good this buffet was. The bartender even told me to go after the sushi before they run out and I'm glad about that tip because it was delicious! This was pretty much a 5 star review. I'm only deducting 1 star because someone flooded the bathroom mid show (I was here for Kings of Leon) and had to go all the way to level 3 for the nearest mens washroom which was a shame. But otherwise this lounge was awesome!

Tickets fell on my lap for a concert in the Encore suite and I didn't know anything about it. Great experience for any event. The food was as good as most upscale restaurants I have been to. There are so many options you must be selective or you may eat your weight in food. All the servers were attentive and friendly and it seemed they were always right there as soon as I thought about grabbing another drink. Drink prices are comparable with the regular admission but they treat you like people and give you a glass. The selection is a step up as well and cocktails are available. Sat at the bar seats at the top of the section and it was not cramped and we have a table for drinks and snacks. Again the servers were always around during the show. Would recommend this to anyone who has the chance.

Who knew this 'hidden' gem existed on Level 400 of Rogers Arena. Great sight lines for games and concerts coupled with four chef stations cooking a wide variety of foods. Amazing!
