I look forward to being able to "tell the world" what a delightful and easy experience it was buying this car from Melissa Card at Redwood City Enterprise. I truly appreciated you initially taking the time to listen to me and determine what my important needs and concerns were before we started talking about what makes and models interested me. That effort of yours calmed my anxiety over having to all of a sudden because of the accident, buy a car which had not been on my radar for the next 5 years. Also I was very impressed that from our initial phone call setting up the appointment, you thought to have a red SUV out and ready for a test drive.

I appreciated the variety of vehicles you showed me based on my criteria of my clubs fitting in the storage area and ease of getting into and out of the car. I did laugh to myself that the only car my clubs didn't fit in was the car I asked to see that wasn't on your list! You of course know your inventory better than I knew my cars!

Additionally, the many ways you went out of your way to make me feel comfortable and in control added to this being the very best experience I have ever had buying a car.

Thanks to Chuy and Clint and Enterprise Car Sales in Redwood City, we now have a red 2022 Nissan Altima SL with only 44,000 miles on it. All of our friends think it looks brand new, and they think it is a luxury car. What I like about buying from Enterprise is that the price is the price. You pay it and you are out the door with a car, The car was presented to us completely clean and perfect, in and out. This is the second car we've bought from Enterprise. I would never buy a new car again. We know a new car loses value the minute you drive it off the lot, and it's too much of a hassle. This was not a hassle.

Wow, what a cool place. I was worried about having to invest in a car .someone told me about Enterprise car sales in Redwood. City. Holy Molly, talk about customer care. The warm office and the kind real people that worked there were amazing. I know real customers because when I was a young girl I worked at Macy's Union Square and because I was so real and honest I was a top seller every day for eight years. Enough about me.
Roger the manager was A A 100/% an amazing person, that was interesting and impressive. He was a mind reader. He made it happen I got the sweetest ride. And I'm totally happy. I didn't end up buying a vehicle from Enterprise. But their help in sourcing the vehicle I did want was really appreciated. Marcio was really helpful and stayed on top of it all.

I recently bought a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales in Redwood City and everything went smoothly. Melissa and Roger were great: helpful, professional and kind. Excellent service. I highly recommend it.

My update is specifically in regards to the management team and specifically to Roger Findlay, who reached out over a month after my purchase to see if he could help me secure my original financing with my insurance company USAA. Long story, short, USAA sent some paperwork to me that I did not send in to Enterprise right away and I mistakenly reapplied for a loan that I didn't need because the original loan that I applied foe was still valid. All of this resulted in my loan rate skyrocketing and more than tripling in a period of a little over a month. Needless to say, I was frustrated and accusatory towards both lender and Enterprise, feeling that the missing loan transfer form was something that someone other than me should have followed up on. Roger spent a considerable amount of time last Friday helping me explain the situation to the lender, and helped me to review my credit report and reassure me that my score had not plummeted .. The outcome is still uncertain, but my concerns were addressed and communication on Roger's part was exemplary. If I have any frustration it is with my insurance company and financial institution.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in 2 different mornings to purchase a vehicle and was told we had a pre-approval from a bank and to submit paperwork the bank was asking for. The salesman, roger, submitted paperwork before we even got it all in causing the bank to pull the approval for whatever reason. When I asked what the reason was for they would not tell me why the bank made that decision. Not only was my time wasted 2 different mornings but I passed on other vehicles I could have chosen while I was waiting for this deal to finish. Do not go here unless you want your time wasted and personal info collected.

No business ethics or acceptable business practice. Been working with them for two weeks on a 2020 Mustang Convertible. So yesterday we came to a deal on the car over the phone. We agreed on a price and that they would take my car in for trade in. Called back later to say I had to go to the bank to get my pink slip out of the safe deposit box and also talk to another bank to make sure I could use me debit card for a $27K purchase. I promise to be there the next morning at 10 am when they open. I got to their parking lot at 10:05 am and Clint called me to say that they sold the car to someone else that evening. He also said he didn't want to call last night so as to disturb me. Instead it was better for me to drive 30 miles to their business and find that the car was gone. By the way I would of been happy to give my card number over the phone to put in a deposit after I committed to buy the car. Just bad business practice.
