Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience the staff was pretty friendly. But you need to make sure to ask all questions you have like tolls and etc

I had the best experience at this location..Payton is just amazing!! From start to finish she made the whole process fun and easy. She remembered that I was renting the car because my mom was coming to visit, and asked about our time when I returned the car. It was just so sweet and a nice touch.
I was able to pick up the car earlier than my reservation which was so convenient and we were able to extend an extra day when my mom's flight was delayed...they definitely accommodate all requests here. I will be using Mission Enterprise for all of my rental needs in the future. And Payton needs a raise and a promotion..she's the best :)

How is this company still in business? no one picks up the phone in Berkeley Ca or Oakland CA offices for over 45 minutes. Once I get through, they have no cars. I am forced to use ENTERPRISE because of an insurance claim.
I called my adjuster and she is frustrated with them as well as I am not the only person who cant get a car. She got a rental from another company.

Needed a rental car for auto body damage. Had made a reservation to be picked up at Auto body stop at 8:30am. However, they weren't at the body shop yet. So I had to call them for them to come pick me up. It took 15 mins. Then another 10 minutes to get to Enterprise. Maybe they are short staffed, but then it took another 20 mins to check out. They didn't have a key to one of the cars I selected.

False Claims Filed Against MY Insurance!

I do not vent or speak ill of anyone or any business but I have just been burned by the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Longview on Hwy 259. I am beyond angry and I do not want this to happen to ANYONE else!!!
Here is my review. If you ever chose to use them PLEASE take your own pictures!!! Record ALL conversations, get EVERYTHING in writing, and do not trust the manager or any employee at this location !!!

The customer service was great! With attention to detail. I called and they answered my questions. The pick up and drop off was fast. Thank you

It was an absolute pleasure renting a car with Enterprise whilst our own car was in the repair shop.
Doris and the rest of the team were incredibly warm, welcoming and accommodating. They happily picked us up from the repair shop and, once we arrived at the Enterprise site, went above and beyond to ensure we left with the most appropriate rental car for ourselves.

Location is central. The car selection is good. Mine car a windshield wiper issue. The staff at this location are particularly nice. I returned a rental with a minor bill in issue and Jose was very helpful, attentive and customer service oriented. I'd rent from here again just because the staff were so nice.

apparently the call center has no idea what is policy at the airport. told us we could pay with a debit card as long as we had a return flight. then when we arrived to pick up car the manager would not let us pay with debit because we had in state license. company policy makes no sense and call center is not on board with policies that started "on the first of May"

I had the BEST experience I've ever had renting a car. Erica helped me when I picked the van up. She was kind efficient and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The van was clean and well maintained. When returning Kyle took care of me and was so friendly and efficient as well...even gave me a credit bc I returned it with more gas than when I picked it up. I was so impressed by the whole experience!!!!
