Joe provided a quality service at a great value. We hired him to steam clean a rental property after an eviction.

He completed the job and we were satisfied with the service. We would hire him again!

I'm very disappointed, call it misunderstanding or misleading but JOE only did the outside when in fact I would have preferred the inside only. No wonder the price seemed very inexpensive.
But I'm overwhelmed and wanted to do a good deed for my sisters since they take care of my mom and need a lot of help.
$110 and the tires don't even shine. An $8 car wash could have done the same.
In Las Vegas detailing is phenomenal and way more inexpensive. I feel deceived.
My neighbor asked for his business card because he has a business with trucks and I made sure he doesn't do work for him.
JOE didn't even bother vacuuming inside, such a waste of my money.
I'm so embarrassed and should have asked around to family and friends for referrals instead.

I ordered and scheduled a move in/move out service for my rental unit. Joe was very communicative, and explained his process well. He did a great job! He was able to clean an entire (empty) house in just a few hours. The refrigerator, oven, cabinets and rugs included! Not only was everything steam-cleaned, but then it was covered with a special sanitizing agent. This also helps to cover odors! - yea!
I was pleased with the outcome, and the price was very reasonable. I am waiting for him to handle my vehicle as well. Even the payment was effortless.

These guys did an amazing job once again definitely recommend this business! They take their time and are very detailed with their work I am a very satisfied customer.

I would give these guys 3.5-4 stars. I needed to get someone local that could go to my mom's home to wash her Murano.

The good:
SUPER responsive and communicated both when they were on their way and when they had completed the job.
The exterior of the car looks fantastic
Most of the interior looks great

I wouldn't say this is bad necessarily but it's also not great:

#2 package is $60, got a bill for $90 as there were some add ons. I didn't approve these as my plan was to do some of this myself (ceramic spray and leather conditioner). For me, fine not a huge issue, but for others an additional $30 charge might not be in their budget. Given that I was the one requesting some service some additional communication would have been great to ask if this was something I wanted.

The interior :

However the windows and dash look a mess. The windows are so filmy and foggy that it's hard to see through them and the dash screen was also like this. I'll have to clean the windows at some point in the next day or so but it looks like they used a cloth that they had used for the seats or dash and it left a pretty thick and oily layer.

Was the wash good? Yes. We're they responsive? Yes

Was it worth $90? Not really

Great service !! They responded right away and came within 30 to take care of the job.

Great service!! Communicated everything and was super helpful. Definitely will use their service again. Recommending to family and friends.
