Nothing but great things to say. I contacted them Friday afternoon/evening about my broken window. I got quoted through Yelp. I asked for factory glass and they were very accommodating and very responsive. Also a great price point.

They came out from Berkeley to Hayward to fix my window. They gave me a time window from 9-11 and got here at 10. They fixed my window super quickly, vacuumed out the broken glass, and provided super polite service. They take card and cash, which was very convenient. No complaints.

Got the side panel of my car smashed in Downtown Berkeley. I called EParamount Auto Glass and they were able to schedule a next day repair and come do it in the parking lot of my work. Tesla quoted me $1200 for the repair and EParamount was able to do it for $350 and had the window in stock already. I don't know what I would've done without them; the man who did the install even vacuumed my entire car! I would recommend to anyone needing a quick fix.

My Son's car got broken into today and had two windows broken and backpack with laptop stolen. It was a horrible experience and there's nothing he could do about it. We called around to find a glass company to fix his windows and the prices were ridiculous. On top of that they were not able to do anything till the next day. When I called Sophon for an estimate he was so understanding and most of all his price was reasonable. He was even willing to come out the same day. He also cleaned up all the broken glass and made everything like brand new again. I will definitely use him again. Thank you Sophon for your hard work and kindness. What a blessing after such a heartache!

During a trip, one of my window's was smashed in my garage. I came back the day before Thanksgiving, and wasn't expecting a response. However, they were kind enough to respond on such short notice and booked an appointment for the day after Thanksgiving. This was good enough for me.

They drove all the way from Hayward to Saratoga and fixed my window in about 30 minutes. Super quick and easy, and I was able to pay with card. The window looks great and I am really happy with the results, as well as how quickly everything was dealt with. Something that was stressing me out was squared away in no time thanks to EParamount Auto Glass :) Recommend to anyone who needs their windows/windshields fixed in a pinch.

Great service and great price! They are a portable company that will travel to your place to do the job! I had to buy my own window regulator and he did the labor - so that was what made the job a bit more cost effective! He is a busy guy so finding the best time to have the window fixed while the rainy weather was on pause was the most difficult part of the whole scenario which is why I couldn't give a full 5 stars. I needed a time commitment - but it was only given to me on the day of the job. So I had some logistics and rearranging of schedule that depended on my appointment with them and getting that figured out the day of was the only hassle.

Since helping me with my windshield replacement; Sophan has also replaced the window regulators on 2 separate occassions (driver then most recently passenger) on my Fiat 500e.

Both times I reached out via yelp and the response was always quick and very informative. Both times eParamount kept me updated on parts availability and then came on time to repair at my house.

I've had my windows fixed 3 times EParamount and it costs less than the quote for one window replacement. This is by far my favorite place to leave reviews because S. (I don't know how to spell his name) but feel like I ought to be buying him dinner because he keeps my car looking beautiful and saving me money. Sadly I've had to use him 3 times in the past year but I'd never call anyone else!!!

After a visit to the City, I discovered that my back corner window was shattered, and I contacted EParamount, where I received a competitive quote.

Sophan came to my home the same day during the appointed time window. It turned out he had the wrong glass and had to go to Hayward to pick up the correct one. All through the process, he was kind and reliable. He returned later in the afternoon with another associate, and the replacement only took 15 minutes. They also thoroughly vacuumed the broken glass in the back seat and trunk area.

Payment was easy - via credit card.

I also appreciated that both technicians were courteous and wore facemasks.

They did a great job making this traumatic scenario into a pleasant one, and I highly recommend EParamount!
