John was extremely helpful and hardworking. He installed some shower doors for me after my contractor ghosted me. John accommodated my extremely busy schedule and my financial situation and stayed extra time to make sure he did the job right. In having conversations with him, I found him to be an extremely empathetic, caring, thoughtful, and giving person. I highly recommend him!

I reached out to several different handymen and this is the only company that got back to me in a prompt manner. I had requested a quote via Yelp so they understood what I needed and they followed up with a call ASAP after that. I was able to set up an appointment for that very next week and Rich the handyman was right on time!

I had several minor fixes and maintenance that needed to be taken care of (HVAC filter replacement, bathroom caulking, curtain and towel rod installation, kitchen light and light cover replacement and front door lock replacement). Rich came to my condo, took note of what was needed and then went and bought all of the necessary items on my behalf. He had receipts to prove what he spent and was able to take care of everything in half of one day.

So far, I'm happy with the work, but I'll surely update my review if anything changes!

We've called on them several times throughout the years. My wife has used them even before we were married and can see how reliable and trustworthy they are. All the people they've sent were knowledgeable and very skilled. Of course we plan to use them again.

Very pleased with the service I received. I needed new sink and faucet installed, and the cabinet cutout needed to be enlarged. My message was returned promptly and courteously. Richard showed up on time and worked efficiently. The new sink was 2 inches bigger. I don't know how difficult it was, but Richard never complained. He just made it work out, and he did a great job and cleaned up the work area nicely. And the price seemed quite reasonable.

I will not hesitate to use them again if I ever need handyman service, and I highly recommend them. After several places saying "no, we don't do this sort of work ", or not calling back at all, Erbhandyman was a pleasant change.

We are so pleased with our whole tile experience ~ from estimate to completion, everyone was very professional and friendly. Richard installed our tile and we LOVE it. And I am pretty much a perfectionist when it comes to my home. We live in a high rise downtown, so this makes construction projects more difficult, but it didn't seem to phase them. Richard was on-time everyday, very friendly, skillful, accommodating, and professional! He cleaned up after himself every day and kept the job tidy. The estimate was reasonable and they didn't try to up-charge us during the project. Would HIGHLY recommend this company for tile, and possibly other services! I'll definitely call them first with other handyman needs!

He never returned my email or texts, been a week. Very disappointed. He was also hard to get a hold of initially.

Jeff arrived on recommendation from ErbHandyMan. He was here for 3+ hours and it was an absolute pleasure. He knew what he was doing. My husband is the best, really, but just doesn't have the energy for a honey-do-list. Jeff was like a magician. He magically made my to-do list disappear. I wish I'd hired him way sooner!

I called ERB Handyman service because I had quite a few items that needed attending to in my condo.

Jon was very responsive and arrived on time and equipped to perform the work. He also brought in Richard to accomplish the work, and between the two of them had it finished in no time.

I needed electrical fixtures replaced, caulking, smoke alarms serviced, lights changed out, and a myriad of other tasks. All these were completed and I am very happy. Jon purchased the new fixtures for me and installed them, and even helped me get my car started!

Both Jon and Richard were professional and polite. I highly recommend ERB Handyman Service. I will absolutely call them for any future projects I need completed.

I reached out to them through the Yelp app and they got back to me super quick, and had me set up for the following week. Bill arrived right on time, and was friendly, polite, and clean the whole time. Bill came out to help me with an issue which he advised me upon once seeing the situation. I took his advice and decided to leave things as it was a cosmetic issue and would've required a tremendous amount of work. Since he was at my house already, I had him take care of a couple of other things I needed done. Balcony door lock/handle replacement, kitchen soap dispenser installed, tee off a line from my reverse osmosis system to the fridge for clean ice cubes, fix the wiring on a ceiling fan,and install an add on bidet I had purchased from Amazon. All of this was done within two hours of billing time. We talked most of the time and it was truly a pleasure having him in my home doing his magic. He was super skilled and knowledgable about everything he worked on, and got it done efficiently and didn't waste any time doing so! I would recommend using ERB for any job that you need done!

DO NOT CALL THIS HANDYMAN SERVICE!!!

'm not sure how these people have 5 stars. My call was to help with a dishwasher hook-up as we were going to get one installed. I had my reservations right away when James suggested we hardwire the dishwasher to a wire that would come up through a hole in the floor. This folks is NOT up to code in San Diego; I looked it up after he recommended this. At this point I only had them hook up the plumbing piece and pull out the cabinets. The cabinet part looks great, but honestly I could have done it if I went out to buy a power saw.

So the only thing left was the plumbing. It is so messed up the estimate I just got was for $700 at a minimum. First up, they kept talking about needing an air gap, so I thought they would have installed it, or a drain line. No. They came to drop off the dishwasher and couldn't install it without these things.

Now here is the big thing, I'm not sure how it happens, but a pipe ruptured in my front yard, leading to my irrigation system. I noticed that they were out in the front yard for an hour and I thought they might be sanding or cutting the baseboard for the cabinet. They whole time they were trying to fix this burst pipe and didn't even think to tell me about it. I had to go out there and ask what was going on, and the line was the apprentice made a mistake turning the water off at the wrong spot. I told them if they didn't know what they were doing to stop, and call the owner Jon. He assured me he knew what he was doing and 'finished' the job. Well my grass has been turning brown and I couldn't figure out why. This morning I went out to give the grass extra water, only to realize the water spigot that they 'fixed' is not only an eye-sore (its put together with PVC pipe and some sort of blue adhesive), but it doesn't work. I went to turn it on and nothing, so I tried turning this larger red device that they added and proceeded to get drenched with the sprinkler system. So now the spigot doesn't work, and neither does the timed irrigation system. Repeat, in order to my irrigation system to work now I have to manually turn it on at this site and get drenched in process, and I can't use the hose that I have there.

On top of the fact that they were unprofessional: took 6 trips to the store, and the apprentice that they have is off and kept staring at things around my house, and when he used my bathroom he didn't put the seat down when he was done.
