Nelson was very clear and prompt in all communications. The estimate was very detailed! The job was started and completed in the time frame promised.

Nelson and his crew were very hard working during the whole process of painting the exterior of our two story home. The crew showed up every day at 8am and worked until 5 or later. Nelson came by once or twice every day to check in with us, to make sure everything was going ok. Very happy with the finished job. I highly recommend Escobar Painting.

Amazing job from start to finish. Majority of house is wood with little stucco. They replaced a lot of damaged dry rotted wood, the prep work alone was exceptional. Crew was there for the most part by 8 am and most days worked till after 5pm. Cannot recommend more highly. Nelson and his crew do an amazing, tireless job at a very fair price.

Amazing experience with Nelson and team repainting the interiors of our house in South San Francisco! We reached out to Nelson with a very tight timeline. Not only did he shift his schedule around to accommodate us, he finished a week earlier expected! We also really valued Nelson's transparency and clear communication throughout the process. Of the initial quotes that we received, Nelson's was both reasonably priced and had the most detailed breakdown of the work he was planning to do. When Nelson noticed additional areas that needed repainting during the job, he immediately contacted us with a detailed explanation and let us make the call. We love our house's new look!

We couldn't believe the reviews when we read them, but Nelson & his team have proven they were more than deserved! They are so professional, so fast, so detailed, so careful. They are competitively priced & the work couldn't be better. We are just finishing a year long renovation & they've been flexible working with our contractor & various other sub contractors. They've done the job we asked them & did it so well we keep adding on more! Full exterior paint, interior paint, accent walls, stair rails, stair supports, exposed support beams & all of the work has been incredible. We would use Escobar painting again & again!

Hired Nelson again to paint the interior of my apartment flexibly enough to work within my small calendar window. Still 5 starts! They sanded the window sills and walls, repaired drywall issues, taped up all the exposed beams, and painted away finishing very quickly. Will hire again!

Nelson from Escobar Painting was suggested to me by a contractor friend. Escobar Painting did a fantastic job on my house. My building hadn't been painted in 15 to 20 years and was in need of a lot of prep work. Nelson's crew at Escobar Painting spent days scraping sanding and repairing. The painting of the building went smoothly, and the crew was respectful and professional. I changed my mind about trim color halfway through and Nelson had no problem with that. There was a small additional cost, which is to be expected. Escobar Painting did extras, including Painting my front entryway steps and three metal gates as well as sanding, staining and ceiling my front door, which I will include a picture of, it's beautiful. I feel the cost was reasonable, and the job was excellent.

Nelson & his crew exercised conscientious & thoughtful regard for their work painting the exterior of our house on Edgewood Road in San Mateo. They finished today.

I recommend them but encourage clients to schedule in advance. I signed the contract in November, but intermittent rains & the obligatory two weeks off for Christmas delayed the project considerably.

Of particular note is all the extra attention they paid in preparing our 1960's stucco house for paint: repairing ragged stucco at downspouts (even adding texture!) filling voids, power washing & priming everything.

All the men were polite & agreeable.

We will consult them when it becomes time to paint the interior.

We had Escobar painted our entire house, front and garage door, as well as the front gate and column lamps September 2023.

Escobar is very honest and straightforward as well as friendly to talk to and work with. We had to travel midway through the project for 2 months so we communicated through texts and photos. My friend will come by occasionally to check progress but everything went smoothly. There was one sideboard that has dry rot that needs to be replaced at a reasonable additional cost. We added a few small items for minimal additional cost.

Came back from vacation to see a great paint job. Since we were away, no one can open front door to paint the entire baseboard. Escobar returned to finish the paint job.

I highly recommend Escobar and would hire him again.
