Hands down the BEST house cleaners I have EVER used!! Nicole and team are so thorough - they didn't miss a speck. highly recommend!!!!! They helped so much - can't say enough wonderful things about them.

Nicole and her team are absolutely amazing! She took the time to come over to our house on the weekend and give us a thorough assessment of exactly what a deep cleaning and monthly cleaning would entail. Her work is *flawless* and has our entire house feeling so fresh, clean and clear when she's done. I appreciate her direct and open communication and her willingness to dialogue about any changes in our normal protocol or areas that we need addressed. Beyond that, she is just so sweet and lovely to be around :) If you're searching for a reliable, hard working and energetic cleaner, look no further! Nicole has been cleaning my house every two weeks for a couple of months now and she and her team are awesome! Very friendly and easy to work with and they do a fantastic job every time. Hey fellow Yelpers, I just had to share my experience with Essencia Cleaning because they are absolutely amazing!

So here's the story: I was in the midst of moving out and the stress was real. I had a million things on my to-do list, and the last thing I wanted to deal with was the dreaded move out cleaning. But then, like a shining beacon of hope, I stumbled upon Essencia Cleaning on Yelp. And let me tell you, it was a game-changer!

From the moment I reached out to them, Nicole, the owner, was super responsive and caring. Even though our communication was through Yelp messages and texts, I could sense her genuine concern for her customers. She's seriously one of those rare gems who just radiates goodness and honesty.

On the big move-in day, Nicole's mom, Valeria (Hi, Mom!) and Stephanie showed up right on time with big smiles and all their cleaning supplies in hand. They were like cleaning superheroes, ready to conquer any mess in their path! ‍

I quickly pointed out a few areas that needed attention, and then I left them to work their magic. Throughout the process, Nicole kept me updated, making sure everything was going smoothly. And when I received the glorious message saying they were finished, I rushed back to my home.

Let me tell you, the place looked brand spanking new! They had cleaned every nook and cranny, paying special attention to the areas I had mentioned. The bathrooms were so immaculate, I almost didn't want to use them (I didn't).

I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. Cleaning is definitely not an easy job, but they tackled it with such grace and professionalism. I'll definitely be calling on them again when I need help with my new house.

But let's talk about the icing on the cake--the amazing family behind this business. Seriously, these folks are fantastic! Nicole was really great, answered my call right away and got back to me within a few hours as she said she would. I needed a last minute house cleaning because the person who usually helps me clean had been out with an injury. Nicole showed up as promised the next morning with her helper. They made my house sparkle! Price was reasonable for the work done, time spent, and as a last minute service. I will definitely contact Essencia again when needed!

Been over a year since we had essencia cleaning services and let me tell you that their quality never seems to fall off. They come and leave the house sparkling clean and we really appreciate their services with out them I would never have a clean house and one that I'm very satisfied with. thank you essencia cleaning. looking forward to having your services for a long time. worth every penny.

I have had a few house cleaners over this past year but I have never found someone who could truly get my floors cleaned the way that Nicole and her team have done. We had a deep clean to start and my house was sparkling from top to bottom, but from experience, I know that sometimes the maintenance cleans can fall short. But that was not the case with Nicole. Every clean has been high quality, on time, and met with friendly customer service. Highly recommend giving Nicole a try!

Really great cleaning service. They were kind enough to fit me into their schedule as I wanted a cleaning done the week I called. I feel that's going above and beyond, and I really appreciate it.
The estimate process was very easy and reasonable, and I appreciate how friendly everyone was throughout.
The cleaning was great! The team was very thorough, and did a great deep cleaning on my bathrooms, and were also very quick. Great company, great people, highly recommend.

Nicole and her team have been cleaning our home monthly for about a year now. We had a very bad experience with a previous cleaning service that scratched some of our stovetop and sink and broke some very valuable things,, so when she started she was very careful with what she used to clean and always showing us how she is working on polishing the old scratches, they do look better now! Her team is thorough and I dont feel like they rush through and are reckless like some others are.

She is always on time and also since we both work from home she is always flexible to work around our meetings or just do the vacuuming when we aren't on any calls. We have been very pleased and have even referred her to our neighbor who now loves them too!

My family and I just moved to the Sacramento area and we needed a cleaner. I knew I wanted a family owned or family operated business.
I had tried other cleaners in the area but they had been unreliable.
Luckily, we found Nicole and her amazing team.

Pros: From the jump, Nicole was responsive and communicated the entire process. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer them in a timely matter. She even had a breakdown of services offered.

On the day of cleaning, Nicole and her team arrived on time. You can tell she has experience and even strives to do better. She's a good listener and will respect the home.

Cons: She's busy. Which is good for her, but is kind of a bummer if you need cleaning ASAP. She'll do an excellent job but it could possibly be a while before she has an opening.

Overall: I would HIGHLY recommend Nicole and will definitely be scheduling another appointment.
This will be a long term reoccurring service for us so we are thankful.
