So I gassed up my car and the receipt printer was out of order. Went in to pay for a wash and the cashier told me to scan my card. I said where and she pointed down and said, where the sign is. I looked around and below me to my left were two scanners. I said which one and she said, read the sign. The sign turned out to be a piece of paper smaller than a business card. She was not polite during any of this. I finally did the scan and went back in line for the car wash.
Turns out it's no longer touchless. They replaced it in January. There were no signs. Inside the wash, the signs were unclear as well. No doors to open and close to give you a clue. I didn't know the wash was over so it started soaping my car again.
I left with soap over much of my car and had to go home and wash it off with a garden hose. At least the lady behind the counter gave me a coupon for a free wash.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Adam M.Burnaby, Canada117431Feb 7, 2021
Car wash Does Not Wash.
Bought the middle 15 dollar package went through the wash and it was still completely dusty like I didn't even go through.
The car wasn't filthy to begin with just dusty and it made no difference.
The dryer at the end doesn't work at all either.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jayde L.Downtown, Vancouver, Canada8173Sep 8, 2019
I went there to try the touchless car wash. I bought the regular one (not luxury). My car came out still dirty and you can estimate about a 5 minute wait per car in front of you. So if there's 3 cars that'll be a 15 min wait.
Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Pat A.Vancouver, Canada237Jul 12, 2022
I went through this car wash yesterday and my car came out almost as dirty as it was going in. Will never use this car wash again!

This joints sucks!! There's always a pump out of order and you have a better chance of winning the lottery than finding a pump that actually has a working receipt printer.
Staff have no interest in being any help whatsoever. The most expensive gas in the country and always a miserable experience. Shredding my Esso card!!!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Melissa T.UBC, Vancouver, Canada02Mar 2, 2021
Indian lady working inside was very rude, unhelpful. Even threw my receipt to me. Unacceptable. She needs to be fired.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this car wash. I waited in line for about half an hour. I was the next person to go up to the position where i would be the person next in line before I actually got in. I was waiting for the car to move into the wash when the irate attendant shouted at me to move up because there was a long line up. Did she expect me to drive into the car in front of me? Next, I was about to enter the car wash. I had my convertible top down and was about to put it up when the same irate attendant came running yelling at me to put the top up before I entered the car wash. Daaaah! I told her that I was just about to put the top up. She told me why don;'t you just leave!! Horrible customer service. The wash results were terrible!! The car remained dirty even though I paid for the most expensive wash. Also, the car was not even dry. It was soaking wet. STAY AWAY. Horrible place!!

My car was fairly dirty. Had to wait in line for an hour!!
Unfortunately didn't clean my car at all!!! It doesn't dry the car properly. You'll end up with a dirty car with stained windows!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Terry M.Hastings-Sunrise, Vancouver, Canada10161Aug 3, 2018
Gas was 149.9 per liter so I figured I fill up on gas before I head out to work. I went to the Esso station which has the car wash. There's a sign which says if the cashier doesn't ask if I want a car wash that I get a free car wash. The cashier didn't ask so I asked about the free car wash. Initially I asked for $60 of gas and I filled it up at around $38. The cashier gives this lame excuse that they normally don't do car washes at night time so Ieft to fill up on gas. Then the cashier hailed me as I was finishing up filling gas. The cashier goes, "I can give you a discount". So I asked him how much discount can I get for the car wash. He says, "$2". And then he says if I fill up $2 worth of gas, he can give me the car wash discount. What does he think I am? Stupid? I already filled up. Why do you think I asked for $60 and not get a full tank? Buying additional gas for $2 is like not having a discount at all. Finally, he prints out a receipt and says I can have a free car wash. Not luxury wash though, just a full wash. Not recommended because of his unethical ways of trying to make a buck.

I tried using my Speedpass and it didn't work. Went inside to pay and had a question about the Extra Privilege Card. The attendant looked like I was bothering her and claimed she didn't know anything about it.
