Estifanos travels and luxury cars

We used Fufu travels for a private tour of San Francisco. Estifanos, the owner, was our driver. He was professional, respectful and took us where we wanted to go. He also took us to places that we wouldn't have thought of but knew that a trip to San Francisco would not be complete if we didn't visit them. Very considerate of our needs. Had water available in the car for us if we wanted, I would recommend Fufu Travels and Towncars without any hesitations! Thank you Estifanos for a wonderful tour!

Superb service! I needed transportation from airport with 2 toddlers but didn't want to haul around 2 car seats. Estifanos car service provided us with clean car seats in a luxury SUV.

Our driver was Yonas and he as wonderful. Safe and friendly driver, and he even helped with the kids and getting them in and buckled. So helpful as I was traveling by myself with 2 kiddos.

Their communications was on point and they texted to let me know their ETA. I would definitely recommend and use their services again when I'm in the bay area.

Estafanos and his team of drivers are professional, on-time, reliable and very pleasant. We used the service for our wedding. The team did airport transfers and took guest to and from the hotel to the wedding venue negotiating a very tricky situation which involved Fleet Week in San Francisco. Additionally, we use the service for transport to client dinners in San Francisco. The cars are luxurious SUVs which are beautifully kept. All of Estifanos's team are excellent, safe drivers and very courteous and patient. Highly Recommend!

My prior rating of "1" for the specific tour guide we had and for the decision by the company to send him out as a tour guide still stands. But when the concierge at our hotel reached out to the company's owner he immediately called us, apologized, and offered a rebate, and gave us his personal phone # so that we could reach out directly to him should we be in San Francisco again and want him personally to be our tour guide. That's classy. The "4" is for his responsiveness and offer for a reasonable rebate.

This was an exciting adventure throughout SF and Santa Rosa! Our driver was well versed in the most popular tourist spots, whether it was for photo ops, shopping or eating!! This is a very professional and knowledgeable gentleman and I couldn't recommend him more. We hope our paths cross again one day!

My bosses gave me a challenge of putting together two separate trips during their meeting - one group going to San Francisco and one going to Napa. I got connected with Estifanos who was my savior! He managed to put everything together within a day for me! He is excellent with communication, and always followed up his emails with a call to make sure I got the information I needed and that I approved of the wineries. My bosses ended up changing their minds last minute and cancelled the San Francisco trip but were very pleased with their experience in Napa.
