Euro Appliance Repair

We have a Miele oven whose doors no longer closed properly. Victor rapidly diagnosed the problem (worn out hinges), ordered new hinges right away, and repaired our oven. Terrific communication through around parts and labor costs (which were reasonable). We look forward to working with Victor and Euro Appliance Repair again!

I was given really helpful information about Miele warranty, which I appreciated because I was under the impression that my dishwasher was out of warranty.

We have a Thermador fridge which broke about a month ago. My husband called around and found a guy who took three weeks to get parts but dropped off a part (which was weird) and said he would come back another day to fix our fridge with another part he was waiting on. The day before he came he had us defrost our fridge overnight (we had to clean it out and put all our food into iced coolers), and when he swung by the next day, was still unable to fix the fridge. Like he was confused by what our fridge needed or something. I was livid the second time around when we defrosted the fridge overnight and all our food was in coolers and that guy still couldn't make it because he didn't have the parts. So! Off we went calling around again and I found Euro Appliance Repair as our first number to call from Yelp. And I'm SO thankful and happy that we called! Oleg answered the call and was already asking me about our model number and told me where it was located on our fridge. What a guy! So knowledgeable and helping us out already from the moment we spoke to him. He came by not even two hours later to take a look. Now, we figured he would need to check it and evaluate for what was broken and then order a part.. but no. This Thermador superhero just told us what exactly was wrong, had ALL the parts he needed, and was done fixing it in less than two hours from the time he came! Imagine, we wasted a month on someone else when we could have had Oleg come to fix our fridge like it was no biggie! Please, please call this dude if you ever need your fridge fixed. We've had no issues since and even if we did have issues again in the future we are confident we can always call Oleg and feel safe knowing he is here to do the job and do it well! My 17 year old Miele washing machine needed repair. I called Euro Appliance Repair and Alex came the following day at the time we agreed upon. He accurately diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate of the price as well as when he thought the part would be available. When the part arrived, Alex called me and he was able to come over the next day. When he came, he was prepared with the tools he needed, was efficient, and polite.

I was most impressed with Alex's knowledge of the Miele washer, his ability to quickly identify the problem, and fix it in a timely manner.

I had issues with my refrigerator not staying cold. I tried to self diagnosed the issue, but didn't have the right tools. So rather than get frustrated I decided to call a professional.
There were a ton of repair companies with plenty of reviews, but I decided to take a chance on one that wasn't as well known. I'm glad I did!
Our friendly repairman, Oleg, came over the next day, diagnosed the issue (a defective fan) and promptly replaced it. Problem solved...until about two weeks later when my refrigerator starting acting up again. I called Oleg, and he said he'd be right out the very next day.
The next day, Oleg was here 10 minutes before he figured out that the door was left open. Oops! He fixed the issue, and didn't charge.
Honest, polite, friendly, and professional. I would not only call upon Euro Appliance again, but would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repairman who can eliminate your headache the first time out....just don't leave the refrigerator door open.

I would like to strongly recommend Euro Appliance repair to all. They are the most professional, honest with integrity service men I have dealt with in a long, long time. My oven is not working in time for Thanksgiving and now feel confident on what needs to be done, he explained thoroughly the parts not working and best solution. I am pleased with the response time, as I called in evening they tried to come but traffic was too tough and would miss expected time. They were able to show up following am at 8:30 a.m. I would recommend this company for repairs to all my families and friends!

Our Miele washer and dryer were acting up. We called Oleg and he came the next day, which was extremely convenient as laundry was piling up. Oleg came by and took a look at the appliances and told me that the washing machine was not worth repairing as parts and labour will cost too much. I appreciated the honesty, as he could have replaced something and charged me. I would definitively call Euro Appliance for any other appliance repairs.
