No nonsense, integrity, and quality are the three words I use to describe my experience with this company. The mechanic and the owner were extremely knowledgeable, and knew where the best source of parts were economically, and as quickly. As a female consumer, I felt I was treated fairly and respectfully. I moved here from out west. I now have my go-to mechanic.

Brought my audi here for an oil change after reading reviews. As expected, they were pretty backed up but I made an appointment. These guys are very efficient I showed up for my 8 am and as promised was out in half an hour. $92, labor included. Or an exorbitant $330 if I went to my dealership. You be the judge, will be scheduling other services as I trust these guys to be honest and not rip me off.

This is BY FAR, the best shop in town for European vehicles! Honest people and they do the work quickly.

I have been taking my Audi here for a few years and Keal and his team are nice, very professional/skilled, super honest, and cost is more than fair.

Awesome people! Very honest and half the price of BMW service! Just replaced rear brakes, had a brake fluid flush and they fixed my drivers door clicking everytime it was opened. I will be taking my 2017 BMW X3 to them from now on!

There's a reason everyone gives these guys five starts. I've had one Audi serviced here, and just brought in another one for a potential concern and the owner took it for a drive with me and helped me diagnose the issue, at no charge. That kind of service will keep me coming back.

Took my VW here for regular maintenance and replacement of my car horns. They did the job the right way instead of doing the fast and easy way, and the cost was reasonable. The owner and his mechanics are quite nice and pleasant to deal with, and care about the customers. Was amazing how many people I saw come in who were great by name.

Definitely a good place to bring a car for work.

Time in and time out this shop has saved me. I started going here about a year ago after being fed up with service centers elsewhere. No upcharging, no up selling, no bs, just quality. One time one of my brake calipers lost a bolt, I called to see what I could do about it. They were booked for the next two weeks, however one of the mechanics, Joe (who is amazing) took my car in right before closing and put a new bolt on for free. He didn't have to do that, and he could've charged me. This is the by far best shop in the area and I recommend nowhere but here!

EACR has been taking care of my family's cars (Audi, VW, Mercedes) since 2005.

The owner, Keal and the lead mechanic, Joe, are knowledgeable, friendly and honest.

Most recent service was a 60,000 mile Service on my 2013 Mercedes E350 Coupe. Work was done correctly (as usual) and the car was ready as promised. Price was fair and reasonable.

If you own a European car, EACR is an excellent alternative to the dealer. In addition, EACR is a locally owned and operated business.

This is the most reputable repair shop around. I recently moved to the area and found them here on yelp. Keil and the crew are fast and through but more importantly as a woman they are HONEST. It may take a few days to get an appointment but it is worth the wait. Plus you know you are getting a relationship with a repair shop that strictly gets business by word of mouth. That says something.
